Family Hyundai is a great place to purchase a car because of the selection and the ability to negotiate for a fair price. I purchased a used 2017 Hyundai Sonata hybrid. This car had low mileage and was in excellent condition. After purchasing the car, I also bring it there for an oil change. I love the affordability and the fact that they give me a free oil change after purchasing two.

Let me start by saying I hate when it’s time to purchase a new car. My husband and I had two appointments at different dealerships to look at two different makes and models of cars. Our first appointment was with Todd Salinas at Webb Hyundai in Merrillville. We arrived early test drove the vehicle and loved it! Todd was great and wasn’t pushy about a sale. We signed our papers with Rob Beem who is equally as friendly. Bottom line we arrived at 2:40pm and was out the door by 5:20pm. Keep in mind that my husband had at least a 20 minute conversation about canceling our second appointment, which we did. That was crazy fast!!! I walked in cranky and left smiling! Job well done!!!

I set up an appointment to test drive a specific vehicle, they had it warming up for me right after I got there. We were test driving it within the first 5 or 10 mins. Driving home in it less than 3 hours later. So quick and painless. Adam (I think I cant remember 😩) was the best. So accommodating and SO nice. Not pushy at all like so many salesmen out there!! Will always come back!

Unfortunately I had to bring it back the following day as the cruise control still wasn"t working even with the new switch. New contact switch installed and everything seems to be working now. However, I did have to cancel a doctor appt because I spent 3 hours waiting for repair.

Sent in a schedule test drive appointment and within 30 minutes I was on the phone with someone who helped answer some basic questions and then got a time set. Walked in and talked with Ron L. he was awesome and great to work with test drive the car. Ended up getting a deal I felt comfortable with and bought my Elantra N.

Shout out to Cesar for helping me find my daughter a car. His costumer service was top notch, you rarely see that anymore. Everyone we encountered was really nice and not pushy. Cesar was really patient and really guide us through the buying process. I highly recommend this location and thank you to everyone at this dealership keep up the good work.

Talked to Nizar over the phone and set an appointment to test drive the car, liked the car right off the bat and negotiated on the already discounted Lexus RX and left the deposit. Lauren Gall, our sales person, was very personable and easy to talk to. She knew the 2018 Santa Fe inside and out and she understood what we needed in order to be able to afford the car. She made the process very smooth and enjoyable!
