Also, the service offered for the first 3 years is amazing. No need to go to the dealership, they come to you with a loaner Genesis. WOW

Courage did an excellent job in the sales experience for the Porsche Cayenne we bought. The only complaint I have is the wait time for the financing to go through. This was due to the fact that it was a 2014 model. But, again, financing experience at any dealer has never been better or worse.

Okay, this is an older facility without all the excesses that are in so many new dealerships. I believe that the lower overhead results in a lower price for the customer. My sales person, Lou Margetis, was outstanding in answering my questions, making sure that I got to look at and drive all the vehicles that I was interested. Working with Lou, and Timothy Goodman, the New Car Director, I got what I thought was an excellent price on a new Kona SEL Plus, much better than any other Hyundai dealership. Then, Timothy Goodman made sure that I was taking advantage of all the Hyundai specials, and another $1000 came off - wow, now I had a deal that I could not refuse. I bought the Kona and drove it home that evening. Then, a few days later, Katarina, their customer relations specialist followed up, and was very helpful in answering a few questions and was sincerely interested that everything went well. It was an awesome experience, and I highly recommend this dealership. Finally, I was also very impressed that this dealership was taking the Covid-19 issue very seriously and making sure everyone was safely taken care of.

We had a great experience purchasing our Hyundai Sonata! From start to finish, the team was attentive, honest, and incredibly friendly. The atmosphere at the dealership was welcoming and made the whole process enjoyable. Gabriel really made the difference?his positive attitude and enthusiasm were contagious. He even showed us his own Hyundai and walked us through all the features and how the app works, which was super helpful. Ralph was very helpful, the process was a little too long and I had to spent several hours at the shop. Jaden was nice a little pushy, car a bit pricey but happy with it so far.

me close, after going back and forth we finally agreed om a price, I said I was not interested in a service warranty and didn't want any funny busines in finance, bare in mind It was close to closing time by the time I made it into financing with Dillon, it all started out until he started in with a service warranty, said I didn't want, he then said it should a no brainer, then he said it would only be an extra 10 bucks a month, which I calculated to be $840.00. Once I got home I noticed it actually cost me 2,800 , needless to I felt misled. At the moment I'm in contact with the people that handle the Service Contract to see about it being cancelled.. Will try and follow up. This is obviously where they make their money.

I bought my vehicle last month and completely forgot to leave a review for my awesome salesman...sorry about that, Chris! I went to Hiley Hyundai after a friend highly recommended working with Chris F. The only problem? I didn’t know his last name or what he looked like! So I walked into the dealership and accidentally met the other two Chris’s first (both of them were super friendly and pretty funny, by the way) before finally finding the Chris I was looking for. Once we connected, the whole process was incredibly easy. I told Chris what I needed and what I wanted, and without me having any idea what I actually wanted, he somehow picked out the perfect vehicle for me. I didn’t even have to look at anything else, it was spot on. If you’re looking for someone who really knows Hyundai, listens to what you need, and actually cares about helping you (without all the typical dealership pressure or shady tactics), definitely ask for Chris F. The experience was just extraordinary. I witnessed the switch from Bob Stallings to Clay Cooley in real time and it was a bit bumpy at first because not even the new phones were working but once they got things rolling this team was unbeatable. Big shout out to Edgar, who not only explained very thoroughly the repair my vehicle had to go through but also accommodated all my needs! I always loved Bob Stallings but I'm already loving Clay Cooley too!

It was a breath of fresh air dealing with Jason Perez at Hyundai Burleson. He was very honest and kind. I had been looking for a new Palisade of Kia Telluride which were very difficult to find in this market. Jason kept me up to date on the availability they had of Palisades. When it came time to purchase it, Jason was upfront and honest about the price, which was actually a better price than what the other DFW Hyundai dealers were offering. After purchasing my Palisade, Jason continued to stay in touch to offer any help or answer any questions. So pleasant!

Mr. Attaway Ron was very helpful and polite during our test drive and shopping. He was courteous, especially during the paperwork waiting time and he took time to explain the upcoming services and needs.
