It’s rare to find someone who combines product expertise with such a personable and low-pressure approach. Let's just say what I went in to purchase wasn't what I left with, GOD DID HIS BIG ONE, I left with MORE THAN I EXPECTED‼️ I also want to commend Mr. Chris Piola in the Finance Department. He made what is usually the most stressful part of buying a car completely painless. He explained every detail of the financing options clearly, answered all my questions with professionalism, and left it up to me to select the best possible terms for my situation. I really appreciated his efficiency and the fact that he/they (Finance) respected my wishes and wasn't pushy at all‼️ The Serra Hyundai made this one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. Called to see how long an oil change would be and if I could go a head and bring it I'm. Talked to Zach and he was very nice and gave me good/accurate advice on other things I needed on my car. They got me in and out fast and were so nice during the whole process!!! Excellent place and people in service!
