My son was in search for a Hyundai Tucson. After completing a form on Hiley Hyundai of Fort Worth’s website, I immediately received a text from a sales consultant, Vanessa Casillas. Vanessa was very helpful in answering my questions and asked when would be a good time for my son and I to come in to the dealership. From the time we arrived at the dealership to the time we left with my son’s new Hyundai Tucson, Vanessa was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Not only did Vanessa make our overall experience a positive one, but we also received great customer service from Marshall and Dillon.

We had a great experience purchasing our Hyundai Sonata! From start to finish, the team was attentive, honest, and incredibly friendly. The atmosphere at the dealership was welcoming and made the whole process enjoyable. Gabriel really made the difference?his positive attitude and enthusiasm were contagious. He even showed us his own Hyundai and walked us through all the features and how the app works, which was super helpful. He took the time to walk us through the whole sign-up process, making everything feel seamless. Fred and Jesus in Finance were also amazing. They were very open and patient, answering all of our questions and making sure we felt confident about every step. My parents were so impressed, they?re already planning to come back to buy their own Tucson when the time comes. Highly recommend!

me close, after going back and forth we finally agreed om a price, I said I was not interested in a service warranty and didn't want any funny busines in finance, bare in mind It was close to closing time by the time I made it into financing with Dillon, it all started out until he started in with a service warranty, said I didn't want, he then said it should a no brainer, then he said it would only be an extra 10 bucks a month, which I calculated to be $840.00. Once I got home I noticed it actually cost me 2,800 , needless to I felt misled. At the moment I'm in contact with the people that handle the Service Contract to see about it being cancelled.. Will try and follow up. This is obviously where they make their money.

I bought my vehicle last month and completely forgot to leave a review for my awesome salesman...sorry about that, Chris! I went to Hiley Hyundai after a friend highly recommended working with Chris F. The only problem? I didn’t know his last name or what he looked like! So I walked into the dealership and accidentally met the other two Chris’s first (both of them were super friendly and pretty funny, by the way) before finally finding the Chris I was looking for. Once we connected, the whole process was incredibly easy. I told Chris what I needed and what I wanted, and without me having any idea what I actually wanted, he somehow picked out the perfect vehicle for me. I didn’t even have to look at anything else, it was spot on. If you’re looking for someone who really knows Hyundai, listens to what you need, and actually cares about helping you (without all the typical dealership pressure or shady tactics), definitely ask for Chris F. He’ll take care of you and make the experience smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Ralph was very helpful, the process was a little too long and I had to spent several hours at the shop. Jaden was nice a little pushy, car a bit pricey but happy with it so far.

Everyone at Autonation Hyundai was helpful and friendly from the time I pulled in until the time I was finished. Would highly recommend.
