He was not at all pushy (like at some places) and didnt play any games. Was willing to work on price and the overall experience was good. Would definitly reccomend.

What a wonderful car buying experience! We talked to multiple dealerships, but no one had the service and attention to detail that we found with Michael at Doug's. He spent time learning what was and wasn't important to us in a car, asking and answering a ton of questions. He then made sure to keep us in our budget. Sarah is very professional and helpful. The dealership that sold the car lost the second key. After receiving my second key, I had difficulties getting that dealership to arrange payment. Sarah contacted that dealership and arrange payment for my second key programming. Excellent service.
