I have nothing but amazing things to say about this service department. Don was patient, kept me informed, and made me feel valued. Even before I dropped my car off, the person who answered the phone (Zo was his name I think) was patient and understanding and also very candid. I felt like I was dealing with real, genuine people at this dealership and that is the way it should be- I can’t say the same about some of the other Hyundai dealerships in the tri state area… Tasca Central Ave Hyundai is the place I will be going for now on.

I had a great experience dealing with Michael Kather at Shakers CDJR during the purchase of my 2019 Jeep Cherokee back in late October 2021. He was very patient and made arrangements to have a few cars pulled for test drives despite the cramped space as the dealership is going through a big renovation process. We leased my beautiful Blue Subaru in December of 2016, fell in love with it from the beginning. Gabe Kourie was very helpful and great to deal with as were the others at the dealership.
