Their communication sucks , they don?t even have communication between them. The sales rep told me we will go through my bank, he ran my credit few times with different banks which wasn?t the deal.

General manger done a great job helping me get a part fixed on my car after Hyundai would not approve the warranty repair. General manger was great to deal with and took ownership of the issue.

Incredible experience at Gettel Hyundai of Lakewood. Starting with Betina, who walked me through the vehicles I might be interested in seeing, sending me emails, setting up a time to meet with a sales person and even waited past her work hours to introduce herself. Anthony was our sales specialist and he help us narrow our search and put us in a 2020 Tuscon which my husband and I fell in love with. Steven was in finance and he was just amazing. We did have one issue that we contacted Robert the head salesman, and he immediately drove our new vehicle and resolved the issue quickly.

We were treated very well friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We got as close as 500.00 a part at one point and then we were 1000.00 apart at the end of negotiations. I thought we offered a fair deal on a new 2019. We ended up buying a Kia Optima instead of a Sonata pretty much the same car just got a better deal.

Decided to test drive a Kona SE 2 days ago on a whim. I had researched trade in value for my low mileage Honda as well as rebates offered so I was prepared. The dealership was very busy but I was never neglected and constantly informed of the status of the sale. Visited for a maintenance. Kevin Gitzen made sure that my maintenance was under warranty and did a fantastic job- the car drives like new again! His communication was excellent too. He texted me before everything was done so that I could pick up the car before the shop closes.

I purchased a used vehicle from the Hyundai dealership which I am happy with and was a stress free process. Less than a week after the purchase I had a problem with the windshield.
