I worked with both Joe and Leland when trying to buy my first car, and they were both very helpful and friendly! They made the process very easy, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before leaving the dealership! I would definitely recommend both of them for anyone buying a car!
My wife and I stopped in to check out a Kona as we saw a positive rating for it. Jacob Hornstein helped us with a test drive. The car sold itself but Jacob sold us to the dealership. When I first saw Luther name I thought,???Yuck!??? as they lied to me about a car not being smoked in and were rude at one of their North Metro dealerships. Jacob changed my impression as his approach was how I like to be treated. He was not pushy, could speak to the fine details of the car and company, I felt he looked out for my interests and I trust him. When it is time to buy I am certainly going to be back as I want to give him my business. Big thanks to Jacob for making it a positive experience.
Called in after seeing a large amount of oil under my 2018 Ram. Service got me right in, diagnosed the problem, informed me of situation and fix, fixed it up and had me on my way in no time at all. Overall great job!
I brought my car to the dealership after having some troubles with the car starting. I scheduled an appointment online with no problems and within 2 days of the problem. I was very nervous to bring the car in as I???ve never had a car under warranty. Jamie greeted me with with a smile and a very reassuring tone as I???m sure he could tell I was nervous. I was sent to lounge and only waited about 1.5 hours. Jamie came in and told me exactly what was done, what he would recommend gets done soon, along with estimates. My car was washed, vacuumed and heated up once I got back into it. While being reassured everything was covered by warranty, Jamie informed me there was a small problem with their system and that he couldn???t print anything at the moment. Jamie was quick to send me the printed documents to my email as well as sending it to my address. It is safe to say that I am very satisfied with my trip and I feel like I will forever be a Hyundai driver. Give Jamie a raise, he deserves it!
Natasha was excellent in understanding our goals for purchasing our new Honda Pilot including our list of "wants" and "pricing". She is an excellent sales person and Hopkins Honda is very fortunate in having her to represent their establishment. Not only did she follow-up on key issues regarding the selection of extra's but also on the final pricing. Her knowledge of how the vehicle preforms (new safety features and electronic devices, smart phone hookup, etc.) was definitely evident after she spent a good hour with us before we left the dealership with our new vehicle. I just bought a certified used vehicle at Morries. Dealt with several people who were at once courteous and professional. I???ve also had my older Sonata serviced there for years so I have some idea of what to expect. The car buying experience was no different-no hassle with an attitude of helpfulness.
We bought a 2017 Chevy Volt after almost a year of communication with your salesman, Brett Banaszewski. He was very patient with us and we let several opportunities pass us by before we made our purchase. He was clear and accurate about all the characteristics of our used car and the various warranties, etc. He went out of his way to help us find a hard copy of the Owner's Manual. He also volunteered to ask your mechanics for a recommendation for a Duluth Chevy dealer to service our car, since our local Ashland dealer has no one certified to work on hybrid plug-ins. Good work helping us move into the new car future which we should all be considering with the dire freight train of climate change barreling down upon us. Keep buying and pushing those electric cars. We now have solar panels and are working for public charging stations in our area. Had a hard time not jumping right into a Chevy Bolt or Nissan Leaf, but coming from deep rural we felt it was still prudent to buy a hybrid. Thank you. We bought our 1st VW there when we lived in Wisconsin. Then we moved to Texas and we drove all the day to Minnesota to purchase our Golf Wagen 4Motion. You might ask why? In Texas, we have VW dealerships but not as friendly, professional and with a staff who helps you to have the best deal. We had only four days to bring the car home and the staff they gave us a great car with an awesome deal. We had a good time and a fun trip. We would drive again for our next VW.
Shea was really helpful to not just myself, but a friend of mine as well. I came to the dealership wanting to know what I needed to trade my car for a new one and he made me felt like my opinion matters and was very engaging and knowledgeable.
My first new car service trip, ever. Very professional and cautiously expedient. Like a controlled, chaos. I was left impressed how everybody worked together. The facilities are nice. I can't come with any bit of a negative comment. They even washed my car....
I brought my Outback in for a couple things and I was thrilled with the service. Remote starter fobs were fixed, cabin filter replaced and mouldings around the wheel wells are on order. The last item is promised under warranty even though my car is 36,000 miles and 14 months PAST the warranty period! Wow! Not only that I received an email with a link to a video showing the mechanic measuring tire tread depth and pointing out things under the car, like tie rods, that are in good shape. He gave the underside a clean bill of health.
Purchased a 2019 Pacifica. The sales person Aaron and finance manager Ryan were fantastic. They are both extremely customer focused and did not use any pressure tactics. Always have had great service from this dealership
