I bought myself the Genesis GV70 2022, from Braman Hyundai found it on CarGurus. My 1st salesman ended up being Guillermo and he treated me very well originally. The next few phone calls after my purchase I notice his attitude changed but never the less I brushed it off. When I had to return a few days later I called 1st, same dismissive attitude & once I reached there I brought it his attention. He apologized but again twice after that on a phone call he was very dismissive. Rush to tell me he has to take a call & he call me back and hung up. Never heard back and this was the second time he’s done that. Funny we seemed like we clicked prior to me purchasing my vehicle. Love my car but rather someone else got the commission!!

Service department was very nice. Stopped by to find out what service my 2025 Ioniq 6 would need in another 200 miles as a notice kept popping up on my screen. The service manager wasn’t sure but said it could be done right then. I had a nice cup of gourmet coffee in a comfortable, clean waiting room while my car was serviced and washed. I know the tires had to be rotated. Still don’t know if it needed anything else.

Everyone at Hyundai Coconut Creek Service Center was exceptional! They have great reviews for a reason- I drove a little out of my way to have my Hyundai serviced here but it was absolutely worth it! Keep it going Team Coconut Creek!
