Good customer service. The customer service rep were professional. When I got there at the repair facility, there was someone there waiting to check my car in, and didnt have to wait long there.

Everyone there has been very professional but, even in a group of great people, Kristy Tomcho stands out as a truly exceptional salesperson. She is extremely prepared/knowledgeable about everything to do with the cars and the financial aspects. She makes the navigation of all of your choices both easy and thoughtful, so it all works for you.

I will preface this by saying that I hate going to a dealer to buy a car. That being said Aaron at Great Lakes Hyundai may have just changed my mind. The entire process was quick easy and straight forward. They told me that the goal was to go beyond the customer's expectations, which I figured was just a typical sales pitch. However, they proceeded to prove that it wasn't just a pitch. The deal I got was everything I wanted and then some (actually got more for my trade in than I expected). All in all I highly recommend stopping in if you want a good deal.

I never felt pressured into purchasing a vehicle and was not pushed into looking at something that was more than what I was willing to spend. Even purchasing a used “as-is” car I had tire trouble on the way home from the dealer and their sales manager Matt and service manager Alex listened to my problem and really went above and beyond with fixing my problem. They did a fantastic job of making me feel like a valued customer and like they wanted to make this purchasing experience outstanding. This dealership did an outstanding job of providing me with a great purchasing experience and a stellar after purchase experience.
