In my experiemce this location has friendly and helpful service reps, quick repair work, and is a decent place to be if you have to wait.

I was previously going to NorthWest Hyundai and Texan Hyundai before. Their service people are horrible, not friendly, and don?t care about customers at all. I still have not received my secondary key for my leased Hyundai; already 7 months passed no update. They don?t even return my calls or texts. Sterling Mccall is total opposite, very friendly, quick, responsive, and professional. I?ll never go any other Hyundai service and dealer anymore! The other dealers gave me 2 days to complete recall on software update and didn?t provide shuttle service. Sterlin McCall done all recalls and services within 3 hours and provided back and forth Uber.

Benito is the guy to go at this dealership the guy very polite helpful for the service area was in and out love the facility and the customer service top of the line

They are very professional and cooperative the sales girl name Alicia Charles and especially the finance manager all they are super helpful they take care of your needs and listen you properly I stand your need and they will Make it possible they will keep their promise. Not like other dealers when you are at dealership to finalise the purchanfe and there will be surprises for you but here it?s awesome. I travelled 780 miles to houston to get my car and they acknowledged it and kept their promise. Now I?m waiting for my charger or credit for EV. I bought a new Sonata SEL at Texan. Julio helped me with the sale. Absolutely ZERO pressure of any sort. Julio knows the cars and can answer whatever questions one has. Chazz helped me set up the tech, getting all the Blue Link and Car Play and everything else set up. Phil is the manager and helped tweak the numbers so they came out where I wanted them to. I drove 2-1/2 hours to buy a car from these people and it was worth it. I passed up no less than 5 Hyundai dealerships to get to this one and let me tell you why. I wanted to buy my wife a Palisade. I quickly found out that Hyundai Palisades were in high demand. Most dealerships had only one or two and they were moving so fast that everyone was charging above sticker. Though everyone claimed to be offering more on trades than KBB, the first two local dealerships only offered me the bottom of the KBB range, then wanted $2,500 over sticker. One of them didn't even have a car to sell me and still wanted to sell me...I'm not sure what he was selling me. I started calling around and shopping in Houston. The first offered exactly what the local dealerships did. The second promised to beat any deal by $1,000 or more. I sent them my previous deal and they stopped returning my calls. 3 days later after several tries, no one would call me back. The third Houston dealership really did try. They gave me a great deal but the car they had didn't have exactly what we wanted. They tried to trade with other dealerships, but it never worked out. Thru that process, I ended up reaching out to Phillip Lam, one of the Texan Hyundai managers, who had me send him the details of what I wanted. He said, he would make it happen and asked me to make the trip. We drove 2-1/2" hours to see him and he did not disappoint. He ended up giving me a better deal than what I asked for. He paired me with Alan Perez and they worked really hard for our business. A lot of research and effort led me here. I hope my efforts and research can lead you there too.

The young gentlemen Eric chairis was very helpful with our first ever experience. We scheduled an appointment and we went in the very next day . He was a good , nice young man .
