Overall a good car for the price, smooth and quiet ride (for its class) and surprisingly accurate gas milleage. What we like so far (got it a month ago and have already 1500 miles (driven in the mountains and in the city): consistent great gas mileage - the best among hybrids; nice exterior design and great safety features; spacey interior; very decent and quiet ride: don't expect great power from the start but can get to 140 - 160 miles/hr and ride smoothly and quietly. What we don't quite like: the door pockets are so small one cannot fit a regular cup of coffee or tea, rather cheap fixtures, missing back sit middle cup holder (they added it to the more expensive models but these have lower gas mileage), the mirrors do not automatically fold, weird design of the middle console, it has a sort of wall (possible for the right seat rider to hold) but that takes of the space we could've use to add a two cup holder adaptor. After a year of ownership I'll update the review.

I would like to start off by saying thank you Dan for what you have done for me. You first waited for me and greeted me which made me feel like I was at home. No other Hyundai dealership has ever done that and also treated me with respect as well. Dan you are amazing and a great salesperson. Thank you for working extremely hard to help me get the 2022 Hyundai Tucson. You said you was going to get me out of the truck that I was driving and you did. I really appreciate this. Anyone that is reading this please I would highly recommend going to the Hyundai 110 dealership and recommend speaking with Dan Ciotti if you are interested in purchasing a car. He is the best!! I've had my 2023 Elantra HEV for 1200miles so far. Averaging 50 mpg with mix of hwy/city driving. All the tech works well, and there is a lot of tech! It is a smooth and comfortable ride for a non-luxury compact car. I sold my Lincoln Continental to buy this simply because I plan on driving it cross country a lot over the next few years and it will be under warranty for 100k/ 10 years and for the MPG. So far, i am very happy with the purchase, and my wife always wants to drive it, instead of my Subaru Outback or my Mercedes E320.

This team is great to work with. Knowledgable, trustworthy and responsive. Third Hyundai I've owned and hesitant to buy anything else because this service team is super responsive and knows what they're doing.

So far so good with the 2023 Elantra hybrid Limited, which I bought three weeks ago. MPG is very good, averaging 45 to 50 around town and 60 a couple of times for extended highway drives. Be advised, though, that the way to get the better figures is always to use the normal driving mode. Don't think, as I did at first, that the smart driving mode will get you the higher MPGs. The one complaint I have is that visibility is not so good out the rear window, though of course there's the rear view camera. Also, I'd have liked a way to get the camera rear view to take up the whole display area, rather than the right side of it always being devoted to something else. Can't speak to reliability, because of the short time I've had the car, but all the tech and safety features seem to work well. All in all, the car seems to provide very good value for the money if you can get one at a reasonable price. For a while, dealers were tacking on thousands of extra dollars as a market adjustment, though seemingly not so much anymore.

Weather I need a simple oil change or have major repairs under warranty I know I can count on Ron Stewart to facilitate the repairs quickly and effectively. He is a main reason I would purchase another new vehicle from this dealership.

This is my 3rd Hyundai. The last 2 (a Sonata and Elantra) I owned over 10 years ago. I honestly don't know why I stopped buying Hyundai. I'm 6'3" tall and fit very comfortably in my 2023 Hyundai Elantra HEV Limited. I commute 90 miles daily and the ride is smooth and comfy. It is a compact, 4 cylinder car so I am not expecting a whole lot of power. Once driving though, it has lots of pep. The interior looks like that of a luxury car. There are some plastics inside, but they blend in well with the softer materials. The autonomous features work very well and the design and color (I have calypso red) turns heads. I know I am not driving the Sonata, or any other full sized car, so I adjusted my expectations. The Civic is the closest competitor and they don't have half the features the Elantra has.

I arrived knowing the used car I wanted to buy. I had been following the posted ads for this car and was concerned about the pricing changes, first down and then up for a couple of times. There is no negotiating the price since I had no trade. The financing was done professionally. My salesperson was super nice and instrumental in the registration and changing insurance.

first hybrid. i love it, great gas consumption. comfy ride, well made car. awesome car, lots of truck space too. great style to car as well. i only have 700 miles but it has been great so far.

They did agreat job the service person was very friendly and informative. Now I do have a problem with the sales manager and husband sales people I'm finding out things they didn't disclose about my truck i bought hopefully I have no problem with the truck so when or if you're thinking about buying a vehicle especially a used one clarify all information as i did get a carfax but there was some information I didn't receive until I got my truck back from the 10,000 mile secudle service. I'm possibly going to buy a different truck in 2026 but probably somewhere else thanks for reading my evaluation oh but the service was great.

Purchased a used car 2019,sonata. Under the impression that as a used car with a inspection done. That 3 months after purchase I wouldn't be told I need repairs in the future. Brakes,rotors,cv replacement. Felt like it wasn't worth the dealerships time to do it.

I started my search about a month ago and found a new car I wanted to test drive at Ken Ganley Subaru in N. Olmstead. Roger Hagan sent me a video of the car before I arrived and respectfully guided me through the process with patience and without pressure. Buying a Hyundai at Norm Reeves Hyundai was a positive experience. Cesar is a great sales representative to work with. My whole family wanted to help me and he was very patient and helpful to us all as he fielded questions about all aspects of the car.

It was a normal buying process. It took about three hours. Cylus was a good salesperson. I knew exactly what car I wanted so that process was easy.

I had driven on the Hyundai/Genesis lot to look at a G70. Which too, is a great car. I noticed the Elantra with its super sharp lines and fell in love with the body. I asked for a key and looked it over inside. The 2021 Limited Hybrid had ALL the bells and whistles. Heated and cooled sates, Bose radio, power seat with memory, all digital dash, and on and on. I took it for an extended test drive and fell in love. I still drove the G70 to make sure of my decision. The Elantra limited has all the G70 had except for heads up and auto wipers. Big deal. The car is a super bargain and so far I am averaging OVER 60 mpg per tank. This current tank, I am at 62.1 mpg so far 200 miles into this fill up. I have a thousand miles now and love everything about this car. I am truly amazed by this Hyundai. Never thought I’d own one. Now that I have given it a chance, I am sure I will buy another someday. If you give this Elantra a chance, be prepared to be totally amazed.

From 2021, when my Q60 was first transported to Infiniti of South Bay for system calibration work, and to date, the quality of services I've received is always spot-on and without equal. Without exception, my interactions with the entire staff have been nothing short of excellent! Regiment comes to mind, as they operate sort of in lockstep, as a cohesive team of seasoned professionals. And once again, Jerry Vargas performed a stellar job looking after my Q60's needs, added to being the only facility (from my research) to solve an engine area (chirping) noise issue which has plagued many "Q" owners. Clearly, a raise/promotion would be very much in order, IMHO. Lastly, I could best describe your facility/staff as a 5-Star Spa - For your vehicle!
