Bought this car January 2024, I got the base model SE with AWD. The only thing I have to say is when the vehicle is in cruise control it has a habit of over revving the engine going uphill. My last vehicle pretty much had the same options (engine specs, bluetooth, AWD) this one had but my last car was 10 years old and falling apart with over 130k miles. Otherwise the Kona is great. I bought it initially because I needed and update rather than an upgrade if that makes sense to anyone. Overall 4.5/5 in my opinion.

Great car, very roomy over my 2020 Kona. I bought an N Line and love the sporty look. Lots of features are standard including a Bose audio system. The ride is much better than my previous Kona too. Definitely would recommend this car.

He gave me the opportunity to go home and think about it and check my finances. He was very knowledgeable about all the car's features I was looking for; and made the leasing experience easy. I recently purchased a 2022 White Hyundai Tucson Limited version. My purchase experience was flawless, no stress or long wait time. It was a most fantastic and memorable time at Stamford Hyundai. Firstly, All staffs were neatly dressed, always smiling and ready to help. Wonderful!!! Secondly, my salesman, Chris Thai is one of the most amazing, friendly, smart, high energy and very professional guy I have met, he's obviously good at what he does. At first I was a little skeptical about my purchase but after I visited the Stamford Hyundai office and met Chris, I was totally convinced and sealed the purchase deal immediately. He gave me a detailed information about the product and purchase process. He was always available, giving swift responses to my concerns and questions. I had made a down-payment while the car was on transit and during the wait time, Chris kept reassuring me with his favorite word "I got you". Thank you for a smooth transaction. Probably one of the best car buying experiences ever. They showed me the car I was first looking at then 1-2 more options. I ended up going with one of the alt. options that actually had better equipment but at the same price.

The new place looks awesome and what made it the best by the people who work there like Mike. He & his other colleagues were helpful. But one exception is, there is no ride available to get home back home/office after drop off the car. I lost 2 hours of my time, could have been productive if I could get ride back to my work. This limitation will influence my future selection of repair day. I hope you will incorporate the ride back service soon. I always go to dealership for post sales repairs and maintenance. I found your pricing is really high. I hope adjustments on the pricing for various services and repairs come down to any sort of normalcy. Thanks.
