The rating I gave was very good because this experience was an exceptional one and the first time with a luxury vechicle and top rated dealership. I was recommended to the Pepe Infinity dealership my a family member who does business there and I will refer others to that dealership as well in the future.

We had the Best buying experience with Mark Ferguson..he is an awesome sale person..who take our demand very seriously and tried to meet all our need..he is extremely patience and a man that keep his words. We had purchased a preowned certify 2019 Qx50 with only 7000 miles include all the bells and whistles for $44k. We live an hour and half from the dealer therefore we won???t need their free oil change and we had addressed that to Mark to see if he can do any better on the price..and he as a man of his words, talked to the manager and marked the price down $500 less and I still have the same warranty with free oil change for a year..my fiance complained abt a rough half xxx paint job on the base of the bumper..he said he will take care of it..and he did..smooth as a baby xxx..Chris Frey the Finance manager also an awesome person too. Ross was very helpful and went through lists of inventory, cars being shipped and even cars about to be built to find the car I wanted. Ross understood what features were important to me and explained the benefits of other available options. Ross found a car that met my needs and exceeded my expectations of beauty. In addition this vehicle was a 2019 model and was delivered quickly. I avoided waiting too long. Ross and the dealer were able to work with the dealer who originally ordered this vehicle and make it available for me. The overall experience was great and I am confident that the after-sales relationship and experience will be great.
I've owned many cars and have dealt with many dealerships. For example I own a JEEP and deal with Bayside Dodge... they are the worst of the worst... yet with Scarsdale Ford I am welcomed, feel like I am treated properly, know the mechanics are of strong quality and they are HONEST. Having used Scarsdale Ford Parts & Service for my 2007 Escape (not bought there), I was pleased to buy my new 2018 Escape there. Though it is not a super-large dealership, they do everything the larger places do, plus a bit more. My salesperson was terrific and knew almost everything about the car. I’m very picky and when I asked if the car needed premium gas, she even double-checked with service people (other dealerships said yes—which it doesn’t). Additionally, they have a lot of loaner cars available, which is helpful for service issues.
The pricing was competitive—and slightly better than I expected. Since I have used heir parts and service on my 2007 Escape, I am already anticipating an easy service situation.
Absolute excellent service and attention from both Michael and Shawn could not ask for more professional service all questions were answered all issue taken care of this is 2nd auto I lease from this dealership and would highly recommend to anyone to deal with both Michael and Shawn
The professionalism and courtesy was beyond exceptional. Showrooms were spotless. My point person was Justin Martinez he handled my trade in and putting in my new BMW. Joseph Saint-Val was my BMW genius. He spent over an hour sitting with me in my new car. He covered all the bases in acclimating me with my car. Joe was super professional and extremely knowledgeable. The last person I sat with was Helga Carroll who handled the financial segment.She was extremely knowledgeable and explained every little detail to me. All in all my experience at Competion BMW was perfect.

I just leased a new Hyundai Kona which so far I love! Four years ago a bought a Hyundai Sonata at a different dealership. I thought I would most likely return there if a wanted another car but I happened to pass Centereach Hyundai one Sunday and decided to stop in to see the Kona. I was promptly greeted by Justin, which I now consider my lucky day. He was so polite and extremely helpful and best of all very patient with me. I did not feel pressured in any way to make a decision right away. When I returned to the dealership I told the manager I was back because I was so impressed with Justin. Car buying/leasing can be a bit overwhelming , but. I must say everyone I dealt with there made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend them!
