Ed. D was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. Ed. D went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the car I wanted. He found a car at another dealership and brought it to us so that I could take a look at it and make my decision. His willingness to work with other dealerships to get what I wanted was very impressive. He was also thorough in explaining all of the features and details of the car so I knew exactly what I was getting. He was professional, helpful, and friendly throughout the entire process. Craig Edwards handled my purchase,Craig spent unlimited time with mea. and e. explained every operating detail on my 2020 Palisade.After I purchased the car he I invited me back the next day to go over the electric electronic systems again..Craig made sure that I was comfortable with my new car,no rush .CrIg is a 5 star salesman. Perry Weldon, General Mgr.approved my offer and also asked if I was a veteran..my yes response got another $500 knocked off the price.Perry was not putting any pressure on me, This is my second new car from Southtowne in Riverdale,I wouldn't go anywhere else for a new car. Again no rush,the gentleman that preps the car before delivery was very efficient.
