Buy a Hyandai, you won’t regret it! This is my second Tucson. I took it in for a repair, Todd and the others at Service are great, welcoming, kind, attentive. The place is super clean and bright! I can’t say enough! My sister went from a Tucson owner for many years to buying a Mazda. She regrets it, because she said she misses how great the service is at Germain!

We performed the car service as requested. Mr. Chad attended to us, he was kind and answered all my questions. I would give him a 10 or 10 for the customer service center. Ask for Chad, he is a very attentive and kind person.

I came in, interested in only one specific vehicle. They found it, let me drive it, then worked out a deal we both felt good about. They even stayed late..although I would have been fine waiting until the next day...getting all the papers together, and detailing my Santa Fe. I drove it home. When my search started 3 months ago, this was one of the few dealers that didn't harass me with email and messages.

JR listened to all our needs. He made sure we got a payment we could afford. He was very attentive and helpful and great to work with. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone! They’re good at what they do. They low-balled me big time on my trade in but I was able to talk them up to something I could live with. They also worked with me on some extra touch ups my wife and I wanted done to scratches on the passenger door. Overall, a pleasant experience. Izzy was a great salesman and Anya in finance is great! My truck was priced nicely and it was too good of a deal to pass on so I’m quite satisfied overall.

My Kona was having trouble starting. I contacted my service advisor Asia Anthony and she was able to get me in the following day and replaced my car’s battery. Also able to do oil change. Great experience.

It was wonderful. Jose and Case were very helpful, kind and listened to what I wanted. I had been to several dealerships and this one was the best and didn’t make me feel pressured. I really appreciated how I was treated.
