They’re good at what they do. They low-balled me big time on my trade in but I was able to talk them up to something I could live with. They also worked with me on some extra touch ups my wife and I wanted done to scratches on the passenger door. Overall, a pleasant experience. Izzy was a great salesman and Anya in finance is great! My truck was priced nicely and it was too good of a deal to pass on so I’m quite satisfied overall.

I’m very happy with the level professionalism and courtesy of the staff. I was made to feel welcome and listened to when I was explaining about the issue I was having with my car. They managed to get the issue looked at and corrected in a relatively short amount of time. A big thank you to Rich and John for helping me out in Service. Buy a Hyandai, you won’t regret it! This is my second Tucson. I took it in for a repair, Todd and the others at Service are great, welcoming, kind, attentive. The place is super clean and bright! I can’t say enough! My sister went from a Tucson owner for many years to buying a Mazda. She regrets it, because she said she misses how great the service is at Germain!

My Kona was having trouble starting. I contacted my service advisor Asia Anthony and she was able to get me in the following day and replaced my car’s battery. Also able to do oil change. Great experience.

I came in, interested in only one specific vehicle. They found it, let me drive it, then worked out a deal we both felt good about. They even stayed late..although I would have been fine waiting until the next day...getting all the papers together, and detailing my Santa Fe. I drove it home. When my search started 3 months ago, this was one of the few dealers that didn't harass me with email and messages.
