The 25 Santa Cruz Limited drives smoothy and very easily. The technology is very up to date and fast. It has a composed and steady ride. The turbo is strong and polished. The interior is very quiet and well designed. Excellent safety and driving assist features. I am very impressed with how well Hyundai has designed this car. It would be nice to have better city mileage and the rear sliding glass be powered. I am very happy with my Santa Cruz.

I did my research online and was able to build my deal online and I had no surprises!!! Zero! The price I was quoted was the price I paid each time and they even found me some additional discounts! 2) They treat you like royalty no matter what! When I purchased my first vehicle my credit was crappy. They were able to get me in a new car and NEVER EVER made me feel like anything other than royalty! Two vehicles later, credit is great and they they still treat me like a million bucks! 3) The quality of support and customer service is unmatched! The salesman, Mr. Hernandez, was extremely friendly, patience, and very knowledgeable of the Kona. He explained the Kona's feature which I didn't discovered or remembered from our exhaustive research of the vehicle. He explained how to use these features before and during the test drive. Mr. Hernandez did more than selling the vehicle to us. He sold Koons. They should be proud to have such a salesman on their staff, kudo. It's a team effort at Koons, the salesman, sales manager, and the financing manager. We didn't finance, but the paperwork was handled by the financed manager. It's all digital and we were given a flash drive with images of the signed documents. It's our first time buying from Koons. We started out with our long time Hyundai dealer from whom we had bought new vehicle previously. We made an offer which they accepted, then they said, "we made a mistake in MD vs VA sales tax." We are from MD buying from a VA dealership. Fair enough, it was an honest assumption mistake, but they didn't come back with an updated price. We had no time to waste, so we went to Koons. We could have financed and then paid it off after a few payments to take advantage of the HMF $1,500.00 incentive, but the time and effort weren't worth it. We paid cash.
