I got my first lease ever at Boulder Hyundai, and it was a truly wonderful experience! I was met with expertise and care every step on the way, and I had a thousand questions. Adam helped me negotiate an amazing deal on my Tucson, I've been driving it for a few months and I LOVE it, it's everything I hoped for. Ted and Kai were also amazingly kind and helpful in the process and I would recommend this (privately owned) dealership to anyone looking to lease a car!! My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

This vehicle has all the bells and whistles that a luxury SUV has at an affordable price. It has more safety and hi tech features than I had in a previous owned luxary SUV.

Bought a truck from these guys and started having some engine issues with it. Called them up and they told me to bring it in. They ended up putting around $4,000 worth of parts and labor into it and didn't charge me a dime. I would definitely go back to them for another used car.

The car is comfortable, handles well, lots of storage space for luggage or groceries. I especially like four-wheel drive for winter driving as we live in the mountains.

I have to say I went in to the dealer thinking that NOTHING was going to go my way. Early in the process I reached out via the internet and received a call as I requested, doing business with text just doesn't work for me. Chris Meachum called and asked me all the right questions and suggested we "work the deal backwards" due to my credit situation that many divorced, single parents face. I agreed, set up an appointment to meet with Chris, but I still had serious doubts about what the outcome would be. Chris and the finance team ran my credit and recommended a vehicle I was actually interested in, the 18' Jeep Renegade. I was actually surprised as I thought with my challenging credit situation I would be stuck with pre-owned which wouldn't be bad but I prefer new with a warranty. The guys worked really hard to get my deal done and I was blown away at what they gave me for my trade (more than expected) and when I got to finance with Lucas Keenan I was even more surprised that my payment was $30.00 a month lower than I agreed to; I used this cheaper payment to purchase an extended warranty. I am extremely pleased with how I was taken care of and the level of effort put into earning my business; this was by far the best car buying experience I have had in a very long time. Purchased the Santa Fe Limited ultimate. The package comes with some pretty neat features. I commute a lot, and put a lot of miles on my car. The ride is very comfortable.

Everything was completed in a timely manor, and received a call when it was finished. No messes or greasy fingerprints left on my shiny black F350!

This car met all my needs, has plenty of power, the ride is great and has third row seating. Great safety features and lots of room inside.

I purchased an SE Ultimate with 3rd row.. I am very happy with my purchase. It is very reliable and comfortable. I’d remommend this suv to people looking for a reliable and comfortable car.

I have owned this car for two months and I am pleasantly surprised. I am a pre-retirement age and I needed to move to a bigger, more comfortable car for both commuting and long-distance (750+ miles) driving. A Hyundai car was a no-brainer for me because of reliability and 5-yr 60K miles warranty. So far we owned two Elantras, a Sonata, and a Tucson. Other than normal 5K mile maintenance, I don't think ALL of them together were repaired more than 5-6 times during a 10-yr time period. I chose a standard SE AWD model. For me it is sufficiently equipped and has impressive safety features. I need an AWD version since I drive in a hilly terrain and also in some snowy areas of the Midwest. Negatives first: I was disappointed when I found the car did not have a CD player. My car doesn't come with a satellite radio either. My 2008 Sonata GLS and the standard Elantra had both. However, I managed to solve both problems. Since I had Sirius XM subscription in my traded in Sonata Sirius sent me a free portable XM radio which connects through an AUX jack. I also bought an AIS car CD player for $199 which powers on and connects through one of the front USB ports. They connect to the car radio system and I can easily switch between radio, CD, and XM with one push of a button. I fit them easily into the front console box and secured them by weatherstripping foam so they look like they are a part of the dashboard. The second negative is the automatic engine Stop/Start system. It works as it pleases. Sometimes it shuts the engine immediately upon stop for a second or two but another time keeps it idling for 1-2 minutes at a long red light. The positives are interior space and very comfortable front seats and lots passenger space in the rear. Four USB ports and integrated radio, CD, XM, Android, and phone Bluetooth systems are fun to use. Under the floor rear storage spaces are very handy and I use them often. Rear seats can be reclined which is great. Rear folded seats provide 76 inch of loading space which is nothing to complain about. The 185 HP 2.4L engine provides adequate power although acceleration is rather sluggish. I was pleasantly surprised with gas mileage. 90% of my driving are short 5-10 mile commuting distances. My average mileage so far is 26-27 MPG. Occasional highway driving yields about 31-33 MPG. This is a heavier car yet it's more fuel efficient than Sonata. Large fuel tank allows for up 500+ mile range. My first long-distance test will happen later this month when I plan to drive a 2500 mile stretch across the South and Midwest.

I've always (until recently) been an "American car guy." However, I love our new Santa Fe Ultimate. The 2019 exterior re-design is much more "macho" than the previous design, interior is much nicer also. Priced $$$ less than competitive models, and Hyundai doesn't kill you with $ thousands in add ons... just buy the trim you like and nearly everything is already included, all we had to add on were mud flaps and cargo tray, so no "hidden costs." Warranty is phenomenal. Comfort is phenomenal, love the driver memory features for the seat/mirrors. Doesn't handle like my last car (2010 Shelby) but the 2.0T is peppy. As review noted a bit of turbo lag but doesn't bother me... you'd never know it was a 2 liter! Ride quality if excellent and cabin is very stylish (at least on the Ultimate). Love the 2-tone leather seating/interior (ours is a taupe brown and gray). The safety features are phenomenal, as are the LED lights, smart cruise control, 360 camera, 12 speaker system, iridescent interior/dash lights, air conditioned seats, industry-leading tech (Apple and Android car play), heads up display, etc etc. Can't say for the lower level models (noting they also come with all the safety features/lane change warning/pedestrian sensor, etc), but we love the Ultimate. Gas mileage not great with the turbo, but we do mostly city driving so 22-23 is not bad for a mid-size SUV. We're in Hawaii so no need for AWD, so we got the FWD version. Bottom line with the Ultimate you'd never know you're driving a Hyundai vice a Lexus, they've really kicked up their game and for thousands less than Honda, Toyota, Ford, etc... and best warranty in the industry. Also a Top Safety Pick +.

After shopping around, the 2019 Santa Fe Limited was the car for me. It is beautiful inside and out. It has very IMPRESSIVE safety features. It is very roomy with plenty of leg room, front and back. The ride is very smooth. I LOVE everything about it.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I couldn't be happier with the car I bought and the overall experience. First of all unless it means alot to you to be in a fancy dealership (keep in mind that you are paying for all of that glitz with hidden fees ) and to have a brand new vehicle (let someone else pay the depreciation) this is the place to get a low mileage, sporty, sharp car with no hidden fees. I wanted a mid size SUV and test drove 9 different cars at 4 dealerships and every time we got down to the numbers I couldn't get out of any dealership without being in the $20,000 to $24,000 range after taxes, delivery/handling fees and added on BS. One Nissan dealer added $1,900 to the price of the car with a "convenience package" that included a clear bra, tinted window and floor mats. Who is that convenient for? The sharpest Ride has the lowest delivery and handling fee I've seen and beyond taxes which we can't avoid paying there really were no other unnecessary charges. I got exactly what I was looking for-a top of the line 2013 Nissan Rogue SL with 37K for miles and I was WELL BELOW $20,000 out the door taxes and everything. My sales man Miguel R. was a pleasure to work with. I actually enjoyed this experience instead of feeling like I was being schmoozed and manipulated. I have driven Subaru Outbacks but needed a larger vehicle with good power but also good fuel economy. My Santa Fe fits the bill. The V6 gets 28-30 mpg highway driving (except winter in MN). It's roomy and the back seats fold down easily when I need room for biking, camping or kayaking. I can also pull a boat or utility trailer with ease.

I initially wanted to purchase 2017 elantra deal on the national TV AD (129/mo lease for 2017) but the hyundai USA website did not have it. So, I went into Shortline Hyundai to find out more about it, and compare Hyundai with other competitive lease at other automobile manufacturer. The sales person Yoseph was very friendly and showed us the car and even offered to see number without pressure. Yoseph and Rod (manager) told us that they ran out of 2017 base (se and.or sel) for lease, and they will try to go close to 2018 model. While we waited for number, we checked Shortline and other hyundai inventory online by using my phone. Rod K (manager) and Yoseph was absolutely right and saved us time by not visiting other Hyundai or other manufacturer. With Yoseph and Rod K's professionalism, "just looking at the numbers" visit to many other dealerships became a purchase we are happy with. A+ service.

We loved the Santa Fe so much. It was comfortable, well thought out interior, nice exterior, fun to drive. It fit our needs perfectly until we had another child and had to squeeze another carseat in. We often travel, so with all our little people and their stuff, we needed to get a bigger car. But I really, really miss our Santa Fe.

The design and luxurious feel in this car is excellent. The redesign is a plus for the Sante Fe. More safety features and high-end options that are standard. Best warranty​ in the market place.

I got an email from Stevinson Hyundai (I had been taking my previous two Santa Fe SUVs [a 2003, and 2013] there for service since 2007) with several new Santa Fe options. I hadn't been thinking about getting a new Santa Fe just yet, but decided to just stop by and check out the offerings. Jim Rosa (the Internet Sales Manager) and I exchanged emails and he invited me to stop by. Jim met me at the door and we chatted for a few minutes and Jim was very polite, responsive and listened well to my concerns and questions, answering them al knowledgeably and completely. When we got to one of the Santa Fe options that was in the email I had received from Stevinson, Jim checked and found that it was not on their lot, having been traded to another dealer. Jim offered me a test drive of an identically-equipped Santa Fe, but not of the color I preferred. The test drive satisfied my concerns about getting a 2.4 L engine, as my 2013 Santa Fe was a 2.0 T turbo equipped one, which I loved. After seeing that the performance of the non-turbocharged engine was acceptable to me, Jim asked if I would be willing to get the one I just test drove, or whether I really would prefer the white one I was interested in. When I said that I really wanted the white one from the email solicitation, Jim worked with the Stevinson Sales Manager to effect another trade to get that Santa Fe back for me. By the time we went through the paper work to get the purchase documented and the trade-in value of my 2013 Santa Fe established, the Santa Fe was already on its way back to Stevinson. By the time I finished with the finance people, (ordering two extras Final Touch exterior and interior finish protection and Clear Mask plastic ding protection), the Santa Fe was back, cleaned up, gassed, and ready for me to drive away. The whole procedure took barely 3 hours (including the test drive). Amazing!! I couldn't be happier about the purchasing process, in terms of the friendly and professional manner that I experienced, the pricing of the net transaction (actually, a bit better than what I had expected from my research on both Edmunds and Kelly Blue Book web sites), and the timeliness in which everything occurred.

Upgraded from a 2015 CRV and after test-driving a 2019 CRV. Better cargo space, more comfortable design for the driver, larger passenger seats. Only slight disappointments are the under-powered engine and the inconsistent cruise control (even without the car length setting engaged). It's only been 1 month of ownership, but it's been fun!

Wish i would have chosen the turbo engine though.. as I am used to the 6 in my previous santa fe. But will see if i get used to the smaller engine.
