This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. I imagine there are many people out there that find the dealership experience of car shopping and buying a car to be painful, stressful, or even aggravating. I include myself in that feeling! So a few things happened that caused me to go to the Hyundai dealership - even though I avoid new cars like the plague. (big commitment for no ROI) I had learned the day earlier that my current car was "unfixable" and that it had served it's duty through 187,000 miles. You have to appreciate a car like that, and I very much did. So I immediately took to Craigslist and started the used car search as well as looking at some reputable dealers in my area online for a replacement. And I felt like my wheels were spinning...no pun intended. What did I want to do? Go through the hassle of searching, and meeting all kinds of random sellers, and running carfax on everything? It tired me just thinking of it. So to cut to the chase - I opted to go to the local Hyundai dealership and see what specials they were offering. What brought me to Hyundai aside from a dead car? Word of mouth. Actual Proof. Nothing more...My sister drives one, my boss drives one, 3 of my co-workers drive one. And they have nothing but good things to say about their vehicles. I was greeted by Cory Carpenter within moments of heading towards the building; just a friendly hello and how can I help you. And I laid it out...I need a car. Period. I explained to him my needs and cost expectations, and instead of being your typical salesperson, he was the "advisor" I had hoped for. He did not try and up-sell me unnecessarily, and he gave me honest feedback regarding a choice between two models based on my needs. (mind you, it was the less expensive model that he recommended). Corey easily walked through the features of the vehicles and discussed the current special that I was considering taking advantage of. Very simple and straightforward. He brought over his Sales Manager, Jason Moore, when questions arose that he didn't have the immediate answer for. (which were more related to financing, not the specs on the vehicle) In the end, I bought a car from these gentlemen. They were professional, smart, and certainly gave me a new outlook on a car buying experience. There were negotiations for a few rounds and the result was more than fair. The whole process was smooth and painless - who knew! When the car was pulled up for me to take home, Corey showed me all the pertinent functions and also the fun bells and whistles that come with buying a new 2017 model. Aside from the great customer service, the car itself just about left me speechless. It was so new! The features were above and beyond my expectations. Technology enhancements galore...I had to even come back again on another day for Corey to show me more... So, I happily recommend the car buying/shopping experience at Hyundai of Cool Springs. This team sends out the right message, and treats their prospective customers well. I could not be more pleased with the experience and hope it will help others out there to take a chance on this brand.

I have owned this car for two months and I am pleasantly surprised. I am a pre-retirement age and I needed to move to a bigger, more comfortable car for both commuting and long-distance (750+ miles) driving. A Hyundai car was a no-brainer for me because of reliability and 5-yr 60K miles warranty. So far we owned two Elantras, a Sonata, and a Tucson. Other than normal 5K mile maintenance, I don't think ALL of them together were repaired more than 5-6 times during a 10-yr time period. I chose a standard SE AWD model. For me it is sufficiently equipped and has impressive safety features. I need an AWD version since I drive in a hilly terrain and also in some snowy areas of the Midwest. Negatives first: I was disappointed when I found the car did not have a CD player. My car doesn't come with a satellite radio either. My 2008 Sonata GLS and the standard Elantra had both. However, I managed to solve both problems. Since I had Sirius XM subscription in my traded in Sonata Sirius sent me a free portable XM radio which connects through an AUX jack. I also bought an AIS car CD player for $199 which powers on and connects through one of the front USB ports. They connect to the car radio system and I can easily switch between radio, CD, and XM with one push of a button. I fit them easily into the front console box and secured them by weatherstripping foam so they look like they are a part of the dashboard. The second negative is the automatic engine Stop/Start system. It works as it pleases. Sometimes it shuts the engine immediately upon stop for a second or two but another time keeps it idling for 1-2 minutes at a long red light. The positives are interior space and very comfortable front seats and lots passenger space in the rear. Four USB ports and integrated radio, CD, XM, Android, and phone Bluetooth systems are fun to use. Under the floor rear storage spaces are very handy and I use them often. Rear seats can be reclined which is great. Rear folded seats provide 76 inch of loading space which is nothing to complain about. The 185 HP 2.4L engine provides adequate power although acceleration is rather sluggish. I was pleasantly surprised with gas mileage. 90% of my driving are short 5-10 mile commuting distances. My average mileage so far is 26-27 MPG. Occasional highway driving yields about 31-33 MPG. This is a heavier car yet it's more fuel efficient than Sonata. Large fuel tank allows for up 500+ mile range. My first long-distance test will happen later this month when I plan to drive a 2500 mile stretch across the South and Midwest.

I've always (until recently) been an "American car guy." However, I love our new Santa Fe Ultimate. The 2019 exterior re-design is much more "macho" than the previous design, interior is much nicer also. Priced $$$ less than competitive models, and Hyundai doesn't kill you with $ thousands in add ons... just buy the trim you like and nearly everything is already included, all we had to add on were mud flaps and cargo tray, so no "hidden costs." Warranty is phenomenal. Comfort is phenomenal, love the driver memory features for the seat/mirrors. Doesn't handle like my last car (2010 Shelby) but the 2.0T is peppy. As review noted a bit of turbo lag but doesn't bother me... you'd never know it was a 2 liter! Ride quality if excellent and cabin is very stylish (at least on the Ultimate). Love the 2-tone leather seating/interior (ours is a taupe brown and gray). The safety features are phenomenal, as are the LED lights, smart cruise control, 360 camera, 12 speaker system, iridescent interior/dash lights, air conditioned seats, industry-leading tech (Apple and Android car play), heads up display, etc etc. Can't say for the lower level models (noting they also come with all the safety features/lane change warning/pedestrian sensor, etc), but we love the Ultimate. Gas mileage not great with the turbo, but we do mostly city driving so 22-23 is not bad for a mid-size SUV. We're in Hawaii so no need for AWD, so we got the FWD version. Bottom line with the Ultimate you'd never know you're driving a Hyundai vice a Lexus, they've really kicked up their game and for thousands less than Honda, Toyota, Ford, etc... and best warranty in the industry. Also a Top Safety Pick +.

My experience with Hyundai of Cool Springs started with a visit to the Hyundai USA site. I was looking to learn more about the Kona, so I did the "Build & Price" option to get an idea of features and price. Once I completed the build, I filled in my information, which then connected me with Hyundai of Cool Springs. From the 1st e-mail response received from them, I could already tell that they were different from the other dealerships I've communicated with in the last month. This first e-mail was more a thanks for reaching out to us and letting me know how they got my contact information. It was very laid back with letting me know that the communication and buying process was all up to me. They were there to help with whatever I needed. I received a second email that day from Rick Shephard who would be the sales professional to guide me through everything. Rick sent a nice e-mail, that automatically put me at ease. I felt no pressure in what to do next, unlike other places that at this point would have called, e-mailed and texted me about coming in ASAP. Rick was more what can I do to help you, and whenever you are ready to come in, just let me know, and I can get you scheduled for an appointment. Needless to say, I scheduled an appointment to come in later in the week. On the day of the appointment, as soon as I parked and got out of my car, I was received with courteous professionalism. One of the employees was out on the lot with one of the service guys, and they both stopped their conversation to make sure I found Rick for my appointment. With Rick, he was informed about the Kona but also very attentive to what we were specifically looking for with it. He walked us through the features and different trims. After talking about the car, we took it for a test drive. Throughout the drive, Rick continued to answer all our questions and provide a little more information regarding the handling of the vehicle. By the time we got back to the dealership, I felt as well informed as possible about the Kona. We sat back down after the drive and prepped for the meat and bones of the car buying process - the negotiation and sale. For me, this tends to be the most uncomfortable part of the experience. For me though this dread and fear never materialized. Rick laid out the offer, which my wife and I discussed. We didn't like the numbers as they were higher than what we were looking for. Rick asked us what we didn't like. We talked about where we were looking to be at and where we felt we were in the process. After listening, Rick brought us back a 2nd offer that answered every concern we had. We said yes then and there. This is the 2nd car my wife and I have purchased in the last year, and I can say without a doubt that this was a far better experience. Hyundai of Cool Springs for me is a model dealership that others can learn from. From their service guys to sales to their finance manager, they understand what customer service means. If you're in the market for Hyundai (or not sure what car you want), I highly recommend visiting here. It's great service, great cars, and all at great prices.

We have bought 4 Sante Fe's in the last 4 years. One Used and 3 brand new ones. I have to say each vehicle has been terrific but what is really terrific is the service at the dealership. We have had two sales representatives, the last one has been Oscar on two of our deals. I highly recommend Oscar - he is personable plus he listens to what you want. Oscar spent so much time with us going over all of the new safety features in our 2019 model and believe you me there is a ton of them. Now you would think that it ends there but no - everyone is that way at Cool Springs Hyundai. The finance people, the service department all work very hard to make this an enjoyable experience for you, the customer. That is way we have bought 4 vehicles there. his visit was for a follow up to an issue that Hyundai has been working with me and the dealer to solve since fall 2016 to correct a problem with the BlueLink app and our 2016 Equus. Hyundai's representatives have been in touch with me regularly over the last few months (can't say I've ever had that level of service from another manufacturer), and they let me know they had come up with a fix and were contacting Hyundai of Cool Springs to let me know when the parts arrived so we could set an appointment. A few days later, the service mamager Tim called me, the appointment was set, the car was brought in on a Tuesday, I was provided a loaner, and on Wednesday I picked the car up and the issue was fixed! Great follow up from Hyundai and the usual great service from Hyundai of Cool Springs! This is why we've purchased 3 Hyundai vehicles in the last 4 years from Hyundai of Cool springs. These folks are THE BEST we've ever dealt with, hands down, from sales and service and every other aspect! !

Upgraded from a 2015 CRV and after test-driving a 2019 CRV. Better cargo space, more comfortable design for the driver, larger passenger seats. Only slight disappointments are the under-powered engine and the inconsistent cruise control (even without the car length setting engaged). It's only been 1 month of ownership, but it's been fun!

Yesterday, I leased a scarlet red 2017 Hyundai Sonata Sport Turbo. What a great car! I had previously had a great sports car with a lot of power and terrific handling. I thought I wouldn't find a car in my price range that I would love, but the guys at HCS found me the perfect car. Joe (the salesman) was absolutely lovely to work with. No pressure, just a great listener who matched me with my ideal car. He was kind and knowledgeable and there to help me. Jean Curtis, the manager, was a lot of fun to negotiate with. Charming and funny, he never gave me that annoyed feeling that one sometimes gets in this process, feeling like a dealer is pressuring you to sign off now, and at a high price. Of course he made it clear he wanted me to lease the car that day, but he was friendly. He worked hard to get me to the price I was comfortable with and was more than generous with my trade. Mark, in finance, explained all of the paperwork and made the process as quick, clear, and painless as possible. Finally, Craig (another salesman) was terrific to work with on showing me all of the features and fun gadgets in my car. He was knowledgeable and efficient and completely hilarious! I highly recommend the team at Hyundai Cool Springs. Thanks, guys!!!

We first went to another Carmax, told salesman what we wanted and he Then tried to sale us something else. We then came to Rivergate Carmax told them what we were looking for and the ynpointed to a part of the lot and said salesman will be the shortly. No pressure in and out within 90 minutes with new van. No money down. Will definitely come back when get ready to buy again.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Excellent handling. Cabin is quite and very comfortable. Appreciate all the safety features. Lots of room both front and second row. Luxurious interior and sun/moon roof makes traveling enjoyable. I love my new Sante Fe.

It tired me just thinking of it. So to cut to the chase - I opted to go to the local Hyundai dealership and see what specials they were offering. What brought me to Hyundai aside from a dead car? Word of mouth. Actual Proof. Nothing more...My sister drives one, my boss drives one, 3 of my co-workers drive one. And they have nothing but good things to say about their vehicles. I was greeted by Cory Carpenter within moments of heading towards the building; just a friendly hello and how can I help you. And I laid it out...I need a car. Period. I explained to him my needs and cost expectations, and instead of being your typical salesperson, he was the "advisor" I had hoped for. He did not try and up-sell me unnecessarily, and he gave me honest feedback regarding a choice between two models based on my needs. (mind you, it was the less expensive model that he recommended). Corey easily walked through the features of the vehicles and discussed the current special that I was considering taking advantage of. Very simple and straightforward. He brought over his Sales Manager, Jason Moore, when questions arose that he didn't have the immediate answer for. (which were more related to financing, not the specs on the vehicle) In the end, I bought a car from these gentlemen. They were professional, smart, and certainly gave me a new outlook on a car buying experience. There were negotiations for a few rounds and the result was more than fair. The whole process was smooth and painless - who knew! When the car was pulled up for me to take home, Corey showed me all the pertinent functions and also the fun bells and whistles that come with buying a new 2017 model. Aside from the great customer service, the car itself just about left me speechless. It was so new! The features were above and beyond my expectations. Technology enhancements galore...I had to even come back again on another day for Corey to show me more... So, I happily recommend the car buying/shopping experience at Hyundai of Cool Springs. This team sends out the right message, and treats their prospective customers well. I could not be more pleased with the experience and hope it will help others out there to take a chance on this brand.

My experience with Hyundai of Cool Springs started with a visit to the Hyundai USA site. I was looking to learn more about the Kona, so I did the "Build & Price" option to get an idea of features and price. Once I completed the build, I filled in my information, which then connected me with Hyundai of Cool Springs. From the 1st e-mail response received from them, I could already tell that they were different from the other dealerships I've communicated with in the last month. This first e-mail was more a thanks for reaching out to us and letting me know how they got my contact information. It was very laid back with letting me know that the communication and buying process was all up to me. They were there to help with whatever I needed. I received a second email that day from Rick Shephard who would be the sales professional to guide me through everything. Rick sent a nice e-mail, that automatically put me at ease. I felt no pressure in what to do next, unlike other places that at this point would have called, e-mailed and texted me about coming in ASAP. Rick was more what can I do to help you, and whenever you are ready to come in, just let me know, and I can get you scheduled for an appointment. Needless to say, I scheduled an appointment to come in later in the week. On the day of the appointment, as soon as I parked and got out of my car, I was received with courteous professionalism. One of the employees was out on the lot with one of the service guys, and they both stopped their conversation to make sure I found Rick for my appointment. With Rick, he was informed about the Kona but also very attentive to what we were specifically looking for with it. He walked us through the features and different trims. After talking about the car, we took it for a test drive. Throughout the drive, Rick continued to answer all our questions and provide a little more information regarding the handling of the vehicle. By the time we got back to the dealership, I felt as well informed as possible about the Kona. We sat back down after the drive and prepped for the meat and bones of the car buying process - the negotiation and sale. For me, this tends to be the most uncomfortable part of the experience. For me though this dread and fear never materialized. Rick laid out the offer, which my wife and I discussed. We didn't like the numbers as they were higher than what we were looking for. Rick asked us what we didn't like. We talked about where we were looking to be at and where we felt we were in the process. After listening, Rick brought us back a 2nd offer that answered every concern we had. We said yes then and there. This is the 2nd car my wife and I have purchased in the last year, and I can say without a doubt that this was a far better experience. Hyundai of Cool Springs for me is a model dealership that others can learn from. From their service guys to sales to their finance manager, they understand what customer service means. If you're in the market for Hyundai (or not sure what car you want), I highly recommend visiting here. It's great service, great cars, and all at great prices.

I have three wonderful experiences with this dealership. In 2007 when I needed some advice concerning purchasing a vehicle, I met Mitchel and he was extremely kind in advising me about my situation. I did not forget about his willingness to help, and his kindness. In 2016 when my Mom in Law needed a new vehicle, I recommended she go to Wilson Co Motors to take a look. (we live in Murfreesboro). My wife and I went with her, and I was impressed with the low pressure sales experience. Not personally having a car payment for the last several years has been great, but my wife and I were in a situation where we needed a newer, dependable vehicle. Don't get me wrong, both our 99 Silverado with 256,000 miles and our Equinox with 202,000 miles are still going strong! I contacted Wilson Co. Motors and spoke with Brandon, after a 2015 Certified Pre-Owned Traverse caught my eye. He answered many questions via text and phone. My family went the next day to look at this vehicle, and Austin was a great salesman. Certainly there was some negotiating that went on, but it was not this painful haggle over price like I had experienced years ago. I had also done my research and knew what I felt comfortable paying. Once we settled on a price, Belinda was great at explaining the different finance options. We remembered her from two years prior, when my mom in law purchased her car. Everyone we have dealt with at Wilson Co. Motors are kind, professional, and they provide a GREAT experience. I can not say enough good things about this company. I think the 92 years of business within the same family speaks volumes. I would honestly drive past 10 dealerships to get to this one!

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. We then came to Rivergate Carmax told them what we were looking for and the ynpointed to a part of the lot and said salesman will be the shortly. I had never considered, rode in or driven a Hyundai before driving the Santa Fe Sport. We wanted that size vehicle but not a 4 cyl. which is why we decided against a Rav 4 or Rouge. We went to look because our daughter recently purchased a 2011 Santa Fe and it had a 6 cyl. and it seemed like a nice vehicle with plenty of power and good ride. When we found out they only come in 4cyl now we did not want to drive it but the sales person talked us into test driving the turbo model. We were very impressed with the power, quietness and room. It also had an overall sense of quality that was lacking in the Rouge. The 5 year bumper to bumper and 100K drivetrain warranty played a big part in our purchase. After researching and thinking about it for a few days we decided to try and make a deal and feel that we were able to quickly come to a fair price and purchased the vehicle. We did not feel pressured and were allowed to make our decision on our terms which we appreciated. Overall a great experience. It is our hope that the service department experience is just as good.

Dreams come true here thanks to Sim Thomas, Craig Francis, and Jon Koch. My fiance and I stopped in on a whim as we were just starting our search for a new-to-us used vehicle and were interested in the possibility of a Hyundai. These wonderful men were very accommodating spending 2 days working with us due to our work schedules. On top of that, they went way above and beyond dealing with my picky, indecisive self and helping us find a way to walk out the 2015 Sonata Sport we loved but did not think we'd ever be able to afford taking home. This is not by any means what you expect when thinking of car buying. There was no pushy salesmen, nobody out to get your money, just the best sales team you could ever hope for. I only wish there was a higher rating I could give.
