I have a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.5 turbo. I have driven this vehicle for 22500 miles with absolutely no problems rides great and gets 30 plus miles per gallon highway

Cannot reach under the console, Blindspot on the passenger side and seats are not very comfortable. Otherwise, the car is a very nice car and has decent pick up power for just the four-cylinder.

This is my 3rd Santa Fe in 10 years.Great car for the price. Body integrity not so great as chips in paint appear. Same issue with other 2. Biggest complaint is heat system. Don’t expect to put in auto at start. Will never warm cab. Must manually get cab warm then you may be able to use auto. Auto directs heat to extreme downward location.

I have owned probably 70 plus cars in my 70 years when counting company vehicles. I bought an old 2007 Santa Fe for my kid and loved it … got a 2023 for myself. Bought my Fiancé a 2023 Rav4 hybrid at the same time as I had one in 2021 for myself. This car is much quieter, better ride and a 20% better value. Just look at the warranty difference. Toyota will be losing market share when the word gets out. Hyundai is making a much better value.

I have a 2023 Santa Fe SEL with the premium package. Overall I am very happy with this car. It has a lot of tech, very comfortable interior and has enough power. Can’t really rate reliability as I only have 1,300 miles on it. The one big let down is the blue link system, while it advertises a lot of tech features half of them don’t work. Customer support is really non existent.

I’m not sure why we’ve never purchased from Tarheel before; but I promise that they will be our only place to purchase from in the future. I noticed a tire had less pressure than the other tires on my vehicle. I pulled over and saw a medium sized nail in my tire. I called The Parks dealership to see if they were busy and/or if they could fit me in; otherwise, I would go somewhere else. It was a Monday and usually they are busy on these days; however, it was Veteran's Day. First call, I couldn't get answer and got voicemail. So, I called back a few minutes later and someone transferred me to the Service dept., but no one picked up. Third time I called it sounded like someone picked up but then I got disconnected. I took a chance and went to the dealership. Fortunately, Jordan was there, took a look and saw the nail, then said they could patch it. Great! I was not wanting to buy a new tire at this time. I waited about an hour with one other person who was there waiting to have two tires fixed for the same issue. Jordan, as always is friendly and personable, and by now knows me by name! LOL! I was recently there for a 75k service in which I had something rolling around in my air ducts. The piece was found and removed; however, there is a second piece I later heard rolling around after I left. Before leaving this visit; I mentioned it to Jordan as I had forgotten about it. He said they can take a look at it the next time I come in, which is good because I had somewhere to be and couldn't wait longer. In all my experiences with Parks, and I've had more than I would like to admit (of course, at no fault of there's), they are always on top of things and everyone is so friendly! Great service and customer service! They try to make you as comfortable as possible while waiting. If you don't want to wait they have partnered with Lyft (I think) to take you whereever and then they pick you back up to get your vehicle at no charge to you. Awesome!

I was greeted by Orlando with a smile and eagerness to help. We could not find the car I saw online but he was diligent in searching. He went inside and found the keys and we located the car. I took it for a test drive and knew it was the right car. It was the weekend so we had to wait until Monday for the credit union to give the final approval. There seemed to be a discrepancy of the value of the car but Orlando called the credit union directly and spoke with the loan officer and cleared up the confusion. There were a few more hiccups on the credit union side and Orlando was professional and handled everything for me and I was able to purchase my car. He made sure the car was detailed and the gas tank was full. With all the humps and bumps he remained professional and very helpful. I definitely recommend you visit him. I did not mention he helped me after another sales person walked by me on the lot and I clearly needed assistance. Thank you Orlando for taking the time to assist me. I am enjoying my new volvo! MIL light came on while driving back from Florida to NC. Dropped off car to be looked at. Chris was very helpful from first phone call to last. Determined it was the seal on gas cap. Called and explained what they did and car was ready for pick up in a very timely manner. Washed the car also. We were very pleased.

They did a great job. Brandon Scott is a great service writer and I ALWAYS request him if possible! The waiting area has been updated with new furniture and both TVs were working just fine. Snacks and coffee, etc. were also available. All-in-all, a great experience, thanks!
