When I contacted this dealer, I really wasn?t sure if I wanted to buy the car so I told them that I would just come in and test drive the vehicle and see whether or not I liked it. The sales rep Andrew was so awesome. He actually sent me a video introducing himself and of the vehicle including the interior and all the features. He was very patient with me and understood the fact that I was a little frustrated with the car buying process. The team got me the best deal that I believe I could?ve gotten and also treated me with care and respect. I love the fact that the process was very seamless, very simple, and they didn?t hesitate to ensure that I was OK with a deal before I walked out the door. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is living in Jacksonville and is looking for a car. Trust me I would go back to them 10 times over, not to mention they kept me inside the air condition and offered snacks and cold drinks the entire time because it was over 100� in Florida at the time when I purchased my vehicle, I only stepped out once to test drive the vehicle. Cannot reach under the console, Blindspot on the passenger side and seats are not very comfortable. Otherwise, the car is a very nice car and has decent pick up power for just the four-cylinder.

I recently purchased a 2018 VW Beetle Convertible. I ran a CarFax on the vehicle for my own peace of mind. It was mint condition with very low miles. My salesman was Hugh. He was great. I test drove the car on a Friday, filled everything out on line, was approved for my loan, came back on Monday and purchased the vehicle using the express checkout. This is my 3rd Santa Fe in 10 years.Great car for the price. Body integrity not so great as chips in paint appear. Same issue with other 2. Biggest complaint is heat system. Don’t expect to put in auto at start. Will never warm cab. Must manually get cab warm then you may be able to use auto. Auto directs heat to extreme downward location.

I have owned probably 70 plus cars in my 70 years when counting company vehicles. I bought an old 2007 Santa Fe for my kid and loved it … got a 2023 for myself. Bought my Fiancé a 2023 Rav4 hybrid at the same time as I had one in 2021 for myself. This car is much quieter, better ride and a 20% better value. Just look at the warranty difference. Toyota will be losing market share when the word gets out. Hyundai is making a much better value.
