I have a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.5 turbo. I have driven this vehicle for 22500 miles with absolutely no problems rides great and gets 30 plus miles per gallon highway

Yesterday evening right at the close of business I managed to wreck my tire. I managed to limp to Towne Hyundai, so at least I was off the road and safe. Terry at the desk was incredibly helpful and was able to get someone to stay a little later to replace the tire for me. Luckily they had one in stock. When the service was finished Terry walked me out to my car in the dark, a big plus because i was stiff from sitting. I've been buying cars from here for over 30 years, and this will keep me coming back. Thanks to them i am back at work this morning with a safe car!

Cannot reach under the console, Blindspot on the passenger side and seats are not very comfortable. Otherwise, the car is a very nice car and has decent pick up power for just the four-cylinder.

Ivan Sanchez was my salesman for my third Subaru and fourth in my family at Victory. From the moment I stepped in the showroom until the time I drove away in a brand new Subaru Forester, the experience was pleasant and quick. Ivan was knowledgeable about the Forester and what he was selling, I just asked for the right color and features and they brough my car to me right away that 1 st day. This is my 3rd Santa Fe in 10 years.Great car for the price. Body integrity not so great as chips in paint appear. Same issue with other 2. Biggest complaint is heat system. Don’t expect to put in auto at start. Will never warm cab. Must manually get cab warm then you may be able to use auto. Auto directs heat to extreme downward location.

I have owned probably 70 plus cars in my 70 years when counting company vehicles. I bought an old 2007 Santa Fe for my kid and loved it … got a 2023 for myself. Bought my Fiancé a 2023 Rav4 hybrid at the same time as I had one in 2021 for myself. This car is much quieter, better ride and a 20% better value. Just look at the warranty difference. Toyota will be losing market share when the word gets out. Hyundai is making a much better value.

I have a 2023 Santa Fe SEL with the premium package. Overall I am very happy with this car. It has a lot of tech, very comfortable interior and has enough power. Can’t really rate reliability as I only have 1,300 miles on it. The one big let down is the blue link system, while it advertises a lot of tech features half of them don’t work. Customer support is really non existent.

The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

Sansone Hyundai did the right thing. My son and I purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 Hyundai Tuscan on July 15,2024. During the courtesy oil and filter change in January 2024, the service technician indicated that all four tires needed to be replaced. Instead of reacting, a second opinion was sought that confirmed the tire tread was deteriorating or wearing. Noting that the vehicle mileages at purchase was approx. 23,000 miles and had approx. 27,600 miles in January, plus quality tires should last 50,000 to 60,000 miles assuming normal driving conditions, the tire condition seemed abnormal. Another fact was the second opinion revealed the tire’s manufacturing date in 2020, which also does not seem proper. Upon contacting Sales Manager, Operations Manager and Service, another set of tires were installed and aligned at no cost.

Just bought my 4th car in 2 years from island Toyota! If you want a stress free buying experience this is the place to go. There’s no pressure from the salesperson, and everyone is super helpful. The best part is how there are absolutely no sneaky dealer fees. All you pay is the advertised price, $75 admin fee and whatever tax and registration fee. Firstly, I had the pleasure of working with Mr. George Mack and Mr. Bernard Birtch, both of whom demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication in accommodating our requirements. However, it was not until the next day that a somewhat reasonable offer was presented, which unfortunately came too late as we had already committed to purchasing a vehicle from an alternative dealership. The primary concern with Route 46 Nissan lies in the presence of additional fees that are not readily apparent and are not disclosed in the original posting on cars.com. These undisclosed charges can be perceived as misleading and can potentially impact the customer's decision-making process. Despite this issue, I must acknowledge the efforts of Mr. George Mack, who made every attempt to waive some of these additional fees, which I genuinely appreciated. In conclusion, if I were to consider purchasing another vehicle from this establishment in the future, I would exclusively engage with Mr. George Mack, based on his exceptional customer service and commitment to addressing customer concerns.
