I had purchased my very first new Hyundai in 2019 and I was one payment from paying it off and had so many questions about new cars, extended warranty and my options. I explained my situation and the many questions I had, and he helped me navigate through all my options and after answering all of them and all without any sales pressure mind you, we decided that leasing a vehicle would be the best option for me. I told him my daughter back home would be visiting with a new baby soon, so he made sure my new vehicle was roomy and very safe! My whole visit was extremely pleasant and everyone I had contact with was helpful and made my decision easier. Rashawn Larimer from financial services explained everything to me in regards to payment scheduling and answered my hundreds of questions. I love my new Tuscan and am so happy with my decision to go to Crown Hyundai!

Their used car dealership is actually about 1/2 mile north of the new car showroom. Visted to see a vehicle advertised but after several minutes they said that it wasn't available because it had mechanical issues. I felt the old bait and switch hit me. John Harp helped me and actually showed me another vehicle and let me test drive it. He was very patient and took time to explain fees and give me information. If it wasn't for his honesty and patience, I would never try to buy a vehicle from this dealership.

Today with the help from Kenny Sweet, your sales representative, I was able to hand in my leased Venue in return for a 2025 Venue. Kenny was very diligent in collecting all the information he needed to close the deal. He took time to show me how I would save money by turning in my old lease for the new one. A multi point inspection of car was completed and Doreen went over all things require service with me. I could tell by our the discussion she really knows her cars.
