I went in for my scheduled oil change and was greeted by my rep Doreen Hailey. Doreen got my paperwork started and directed me to their very nice waiting room. A multi point inspection of car was completed and Doreen went over all things require service with me. I could tell by our the discussion she really knows her cars. Discounts such as dealer adjustment and Hyundai rebates were also clearly displayed. Crown Hyundai offered a range of Tuscons that were priced better that other Hyundai dealers within 100 miles of my Southwest Florida town. Crown Hyundai honored the deal that was presented on Amazon Autos without any hassles or attempts at up-selling. Justin Hoffman was very helpful in getting the deal done so I could get my new car in less than a day. All car purchases should be done this way.
