New and used 2025 Hyundai SANTA FE HEV for sale near Statesville, NC

I worked with Jon and he got me into a good car for an affordable price. Service is slow and not very good though. But Jon is the man if anyone needs a new car!!

My household has owned many new cars over the years and previously owned a 2017 Santa Fe. The 2025 Calligraphy Hybrid has been amazing so far. Comparing it to the Toyota, Honda, Kia and Volkswagen in its class, we thought the interior was hands down the best in class. The amount of features included even outclass many in the next step up. Very quiet on engine noise and a nice smooth ride. We opted for the Atlantis blue exterior with the light gray interior and it looks great. We also like that the styling sets it apart from all others on the road. So far averaging 34 mpg and we are good with that. Super comfortable seats. The only nitpick would be that the driver attention warning, while using highway drive assist, is pretty aggressive and sometimes warns us to watch the road even when we are. Highly recommended.

Macy Tull great customer service providing updates guiding me on completion early. Courtesy Car should have been provided in lieu of client renting a car for 8 days. If a car on lot, share w/ customer to use and possibly she likes it so much she buys it. That?s a missed sale.

We've only had the Santa Fe for three weeks, but it's proving to be great. We would've preferred a PHEV, but this is still saving on energy and cost. Keeping it in the EV mode is becoming a bit of a game, in fact. The inside is very comfortable and we're learning all the time about the many safety features, navigation aids and infotainment.

Excellent experience with customer service and wait time. Facilities are clean and relaxing if you are waiting on your vehicle. Service keeps you updated thru text message.

We, old women that is, are notorious for our persnickity ways. So when one of us says something was wonderful, you can take it to the bank! FYI, this is car number 7 for my hubster and me purchased from the Younts. So that is a fairly large number of purchases to compare. None of the other vehicle purchases can compare to my experiences this go round. My sales person was Jon Arrowood, I received technical information from Candy Propst prior to the shopping trip, I was entertained by Mateo and my paper signing guru, Mr. Queen had me in stitches! I can truthfully say, I have never had such a fun day car shopping! Mr. Arrowood, was thorough, knowledgeable, patient and he possesses a marvelous sense of humor. My go to carguy from now on. I had such a pleasant and enjoyable experience, I told the salesroom guys, I was going to come hang out with them on Saturdays! I will probably not carry through with that threat, but they had better watch out!

I wanted to buy a Certified Hyundai Tucson, and visited several dealerships looking for the right vehicle. I found one at Lake Norman Hyundai. I test drove the vehicle negotiated a decent price, and bought it the same day. Our salesperson, Richard, was very helpful, and made the purchase easy. I'm am a particularly discerning customer to deal with, so appreciated the straightforward process. Cam Stewart, the owner, does seem visible and concerned that his dealership is run well.

Jon was great other dealerships should take lessons on how to treat their customers! Jon did what he said and was very professional. Great job will be back!

Matt is a great salesman. He isn’t pushy and he is very attentive to your needs. The car I wanted had a tapping noise when I test drove it, but I really liked it, so Matt and I drove out and back to the dealership three or four times, trying different fixes each time hoping it went away. Matt got out on the wet ground with his suit on, looking for any hint of where this noise could come from. Eventually we discovered it was a loose mud flap. I went back today and Matt gave me original Hyundai car mats even though I have had the car a couple weeks. I will buy here again when I am ready for an upgrade.

Re: Sales Experience Karrie is out of this world. She is customer driven to no ends. I wanted to purchase a 2022 Veloster N out of state from their dealership. Karrie returned my call quickly, answered all of my questions, and then provided super helpful information that I didn't think of. She kept me up to date as things progressed, and quickly alerted me when I needed to do something. On a personal level, Karrie has a fantastic personality and was amazing throughout the process Allan in finance was thorough, responsive, and understanding. I have 0 complaints about my experience

I had called about some problems with my car, the service department were very friendly and told me to bring it in. I explained the issues with the car, they took it right in. The waiting area was nice and comfortable. They addressed and fixed the problems. Everyone was very nice and professional, and everything went well. Thankyou all.

I went in for a repair and inspection and the staff was very attentive and friendly. They took care of my problem for a fraction of the possible cost.
