I walked in after looking through several trucks over the past few months. I was greeted at the door by a nice salesman. Cody who let me take the time to look over the vehicle I had in mind. Most places I have visited over the past few months you could feel the rush or pressure like they didn't want you to take the time to pick your vehicle they just wanted to get you to sign anything. Not the case with Cody and Carolina Auto great place to look great people and even took the time to help me work out some things to make me more happy with my purchase. Cody and Jeff worked very hard to get me what I wanted.
Seth met me in the parking lot. I had hit a deer and totaled my car, so I was in a "situation". I explained my financing, credit, and payment options. We looked at a used car, and I even test drove it. When I returned to the dealership, I was told I couldn't get approved for a used car, but could get approved for a 2018. I was shocked! Needless to say, I came out with a better deal than I had planned. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, and not pushy at all. Overall a very pleasant car buying experience!
Noah greeted me in the car lot as I was looking, typical thing to happen at a dealership. However at no time while talking to Noah did I ever feel pressured, obligated or judged. That was a great feeling of relief and allowed me to enjoy my car buying experience unlike most sales members that I have dealt with in the past. Noah always got me an answer in a timely manner and never left me waiting or guessing. I truly appreciate everything. I???m a few days behind on giving him a review due to work obligations but anyone looking to buy a car, I will send his way first. Thanks Noah and the rest of your team.
Took my car in for an inspection. Got a free alignment check. Was in and out quickly. My service rep Tommy was great. Kept me informed. Even the service manager Mr. Jenkins met me before I left to ask about my visit. Great Experience

I went on the Hyundai website to set up my BlueLink. Somehow, this generated a test drive request which was sent to Ty at Paramount Hyundai. Ty called me to set up my test drive. The funny part is, I live on Long Island and I had no intentions of test driving a car, especially in North Carolina. I called Ty back to tell him that I was just trying to set up my BlueLink and am not in the market for a new vehicle. He asked me what issue I was having and has been helping me ever since. We are on our second day of trying to fix the issue and he has been more than willing to go the extra mile to help me out. I can't tell you how grateful I am that there are people in the world like Ty that are trustworthy and willing to help out. He owes me nothing. He won't get anything out of helping me, however, he is going above and beyond to figure this out with me. He's a great guy!
We traveled from Asheville to Hickory to look for a car, and so happy we did. We hate car shopping but this was the best experience. Our salesman, Justin Parker was incredible and he was so helpful and not pushy. We will happily make the trip to Hickory for any further car needs.
The standard, Dan Ingrassia the Product Specialist was GREAT, knew his products and presentation was text book. Carlos was the Middle Man, running between upper Mgmnt and Me. His delivery of the figures were also text book. Accepted payments with no money down, 72 months new 2018 Rav4 and New 2019 Corolla. Chris and Nate, the Upper Mgmnt that makes the calls and deals with the Banks were spot on. I'm going misspell this one, but (Christiana) in finance, lovely and very Professional young lady was text book and provided what was given to her through the chain and then the part of signing the Bible on 2 cars began. It was during the "Bible Stage" that something wasn't right. Somewhere between our deal at the desk with Carlos and the Finance Office, the terms on the RAV4 got bumped back from 72 months to 75 months, which totalled just under $1800.00 for the 3 months (ie..the down payment they wanted us to do). But in the end, all is good. Bought 5 cars from Toyota North Charlotte before these 2, and we will go back...
