I had a great experience buying from out of state. I would do business again and would recommend to friends and family. Here's my experience: I found a 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe which included my wish list options including the active safety group (hard to find). The price seemed good compared to what I see in my area (UT). I reached out to sales at Bill Luke and asked for the "out the door" price. They came back and the only additional cost was window tint (as mentioned in the fine print on cars.com). Aside from that there was only tax and dealer fee. They took additional pictures and sent me a video tour of the vehicle. I signed a deal with the finance group, who did their best to match a loan rate from my local credit union. Shipping seemed reasonable, but I decided to pick up in person (they were even open Sunday which made things flexible for a weekend trip). I booked a flight and showed up just waiting for someone to try and tell me there were additional costs, but they were true to their word on "No hidden fees". I have the Limited. This is my 6th Hyundai/Genesis car and they just keep getting better. The technology is fantastic and equals many features in luxury cars at twice the price. In June I took a 3450 mile trip, hit 14 states and a variety of traffic conditions and it just kept chugging along with no effort. Features like HDA help on the long days of 700 miles. Used less gas than my previous car too, 95 gallons on that trip.

Have a 2020 Sonata SEL with convenience package and it's now 11/24. 26 thousand miles and never had an issue. Car is comfortable reliable and my wife and daughter have our their feet down when I wanted to get another vehicle. My daughter wants it in a few years as I drive carefully, service the car every 4,000 miles. She wants a free car with under 50k miles that will last 200k miles. I have taught her well. She understands a good value. So glad I got the 2.5 non turbo as I believe the engine will be worry free for another 175k miles

We have the Sport Limited Turbo 2.0 in white. Power is good. But, sometimes it seems like the turbo isn't boosting as you're getting on the throttle. Stock tires are noisy, so we put some quiet Michelins on and it helps a lot. Interior-wise, the Nav panel and controls is really something to be desired. It just plains stinks. I'd love to have the newer radio/Nav display that the KIA's have. Trunk is very spacious and leather seats are comfortable. Overall, it's great for long trips (33 mpg on the interstate driving 77mph) and it's a nice looking car. Not as cool as our son's 2022 KIA K5 GT-line, though!

I’ve premium Auto version of 2014 Hyundai Sonata. Purchased in 2024 with very low Kms of about 65k but had an issue with starter motor when it came to 70k, other than that, it now runs lit. Been servicing on every 5-7k, it tops comfort & luxury & can challenge any modern car with similar features.

Very impressed with our experience at Cactus Jack's. My daughter went in to just look, no expectations. My 2014 Sonata is my fourth Hyundai. I never have had a major problem with any of them. My current Sonata Limited has 70k plus on it. My only complaint on my current car is that the passenger seat sits too low and its a little difficult for the passenger to exit. Other than that I wouldnt hesitate to buy another Hyundai.

We left with our dream car and we LOVE it. We got the 2026 Passport TrailSport! It’s an awesome vehicle. Hi All! I picked up my Sonata SEL w/ Convenience about 4 months ago and man is it pretty. I get compliments all the time. Anyhow, I have just under 2,000 miles on the odo. and figured it would be a good time to leave some first impressions and what it's been like to live with along with some good and not-so-good experiences I've had. First the GOOD: Like I said, it looks amazing. In my opinion, the best looking midsize sedan on the market and everyone seems to love the design. The refinement levels are amazing. Hyundai did an impeccable job quieting this sedan down from the previous version (I had a 2020 model prior). I notice a rather significant difference at highway speed and just cruising around town in overall noise levels. Super pleased here. The ride quality isn't as harsh as the previous version either. Overall, it feels softer over bumps and potholes barely make it through. Yet, handling is still great albeit maybe a bit less sharper around corners. I think this is a great sacrifice though. The prior gen. seemed to have a rather jarring ride in my opinion. In typical Hyundai fashion, the lane keeping/lane departure assist along with dynamic cruise control works flawlessly, so much better than both Honda and Toyota, and I've driven them all. Highway trips are an absolute breeze with the Sonata. Now, the NOT so good: The door handle sensor only works occasionally. Reaching behind the door handle with the key in my pocket should theoretically unlock the door, but it does so only about 50% of the time. I find myself reaching back and forth to and from behind the handle, and maybe on the 2nd or 3rd or 4th attempt, the door will unlock. Watching from afar, it probably looks idiotic like, is this dude afraid to touch his car, what's going on!? Odd. There's a rattle in the passenger door and is REALLY heard when playing music, even at low to moderate volume. I'll get this checked out when my 1st maintenance visit comes around. The Carplay screen is WAY too bright at night. Like, blinding bright. I can adjust it down to the lowest illumination level and it's still pretty bright, but it also dims the speedometer screen! Then, during daylight, it's far too dim, so I have to go in and turn it back up to max illumination. There's only one illumination level from what I can tell and it controls both the speedometer screen AND the infotainment screen. I wish there was a way to lower the brightness of the infotainment screen while keeping the speedo screen brighter along with greater variances between day and night levels. All in all, I'm extremely happy with the 2024 Sonata. I highly recommend it over Accord (lacking features, horrible road noise, pricy) and perhaps even the Camry, although the new 2025 version seems to be pretty killer.

I love my Sonata. I drove an SUV for 16 years, and I was ready for a change, and it was the best change I could have ever made.

The dealership is relatively new so the facility is very clean and well maintained. All of the people that I met and delt with were welcoming, friendly and polite. If the dealership wasn't so darn far away from where I live, I would gladly frequent it more often. Anthony Saba was the salesman; a nice young man and easy to work with. Tylor (sp), I don't remember his last name, was the person who handled the financial side of my purchase. Also, very friendly and easy to work with.

I have a 2017 Sonata SE that has been a very good, reliable vehicle. I spend alot of time on the road for my job and it had never given me any issues; very comfortable, gas mileage around 30+. As many others have said, the engine conked out at around 124,000 mi. The dealer replaced it with a new factory engine 2 mos ago. A week after I got it back, the accelerator something or other broke so I took it back and had to pay $500 to repair it. (they swore it was unrelated- I dont think so) Other than that, it has been a great car.

I purchased Sonata in 2016 with 32k and to tell you the truth i loved it. I was very meticulous with all the upkeep on my cars and sad to say the engine blew at 81k. I looked online and found that there was a class action lawsuit and by verifying my car by Vin # my car was affected so to make a long story short I'm so happy to say that Hyundia replaced my engine and took care of 2 recalls that were on it. The care and thought that the customer service reps handling this whole ordeal were very professional and kept me updated thu the whole process they were beautiful. I've had 3 Hyundia's in my lifetime and so now the question is would I buy another one No! However if they came out with another Tiberon, I would buy it in a heartbeat so for now I'll just keep loving my Sonata she rides like a dream.
