I had the best time picking out my new vehicle. The staff was friendly an helpful and best of all so patient. I love my new Sonata and I am so thankful they were ab;le to work with me on my budget. They even have free car washes on Saturdays I would recommend to this place to anyone looking to buy and who wants to be treated honestly and fairly.

I came to Puente Hills Hyundai after a friend recommended them, based upon his great experience a year ago. My sales associate Ferry was warm, welcoming and completely pressure-free. He was very friendly and provided me with a ton of options to explore that matched my financial means. John, the manager, was incredibly helpful. He worked with my unique trade-in situation and gave me the best deal. The other sales team members were very personable and friendly. Larry in the finance dept was also knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything and felt comfortable with my purchase. Overall I'm not sure I've ever encountered a more cohesive team that really cared about the customer as much as these guys. Definitely would recommend!!

There was so many people there at South Bay Hyundai Service Drive! Their service is great! i took my Sonata for maintenance and the service advisor Calvin was super helpful and very sharp. This is my second car from Autonation Hyundai Valencia and both times were such a great experience! Moses was so wonderful to work with and even helped set up my hitch installation for my new Santa Fe!

We had a great experience at AutoNation Hyundai Valencia. Our salesperson was knowledgeable about the vehicles and worked hard to find a vehicle that met our requirements. He was also patient as we picked out the one we wanted. The paperwork went smoothly, too. We didn’t get overly pressured about add-ons and things we didn’t want. The salesperson also followed up with us a few days after purchase to make sure things were going okay and asked if we had any questions about the features. I’d recommend this dealership.

My service experience was great! The service dept and waiting area was clean and inviting. Ed provided excellent customer service and even sent me a video of the service provided. I highly recommend them!

Was in the market for a nice used car, narrowed it down to a couple models. The Sonata edged out the competition and the staff was nice to work with. Kevin was low pressure and the experience was quite painless.

It was a normal buying process. It took about three hours. Cylus was a good salesperson. I knew exactly what car I wanted so that process was easy.

The new suv was as advertised and there price was the lowest I found from several Hyundai dealers. All of there personal is very nice and patient understanding and very informative I will different recommend and I will go back to them next time I need a new car
