The waiting was close to 3 hrs. But the TV and teas service machine is great. Customer service was great and kind. Went for oil change and repair. They forgot to place the sticker after oil change and reset reminder.

Andy was very helpful and professional in helping me buy my car. I recommend his service. He even helped me pick out between cars, did not pressure me into any particular car he allowed me to choose.

My service writer JAY, I want to say even though it was busy, you were exceptional! I was greeted with a smile. 😊, and promptly. That made my day especially after hitting a USPS van mirror, making me already an hour + late. Yes, my mirror connected with a USPS, mirror😏. I explained why i was late. He said we have you! He listened to my issues, was informative pleasant joked, pre during and post delivery. Thank you!! Wait was worth it. Poor communication when needing information or getting back to you. They don't call back after leaving a messages, you have to keep calling. Otherwise they treat good

Kevin Gitzen was my service representative at Crown Hyundai of St. Petersburg yesterday when I brought my Tucson in for an oil change and inspection. He demonstrated professionalism in his timeliness to my scheduled appointment time. He greeted me, explained what would happen and how much time it would take. The service was within 5 min of what time he quoted. He stayed with me through the checkout process and walked me out to the car making sure it was ready to go. He was kind, honest, and courteous. This is the type of service I have always experienced in my experiences with Crown Hyundai and their team members.

My experience was 100% perfect. Not only was the dealership excellent and so much better than the other 4-5 dealerships we went to prior, but our salesman, Andy, was the best we have ever had. He spent numerous hours with me explaining everything. He was courteous, professional and nothing that I asked was too much for him. He was happy to get all my questions answered and also answered every text and phone call instantly. This was a 100% positive experience but mostly because of our amazing salesman, Andy.

Salesman Eric Valledares was GREAT! It's been a long time since I've had such a pretty much calm and peaceful car-buying experience. Eric was very calm and laid back, even though it was closing time. Sure, Crown Hyundai does not have a huge spread of doughnuts and snacks galore, but everyone we came in contact with was pleasant and not pushy at all and that was a big satisfier for me. I also have to mention Rashawn in Finance. He was another Great and patient fellow-always smiling and explained everything twice if he had to. It all made for a much nicer experience and I got the car I was looking for 👍!

My advisor, Scott, is all about customer service and always helpful and polite. He is a true asset to the courtesy Hyundai team. Facility is equipped with great waiting areas too.
