It was the best experience I have had thus far and I'm on my 15th car purchase. My salesman Farshad from the first phone call had me trusting that he was a man of his word and right until the end he said and did everything he promised. I love that the General Manager texted me when my car was delivered because Farshad was off. This was also the first time I really liked the finance person probably because she was a Women she was the best. I just can't say enough my purple on purple GV70 is everything I thought it would be. Friendly staff. They make you feel welcomed and even served me coffee while I waited to hear from the banks if I was approved for the vehicle I wanted. They explained everything including warranty, the features of my vehicle. After I signed for the vehicle and made it mine, my sales person even helped me program my phone to the bluetooth, set my radio stations, and program the vehicle to the way I like it. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know looking for a vehicle.

My husband and I had to shop for a car for our handicapped daughter who was recently paralyzed after surgery, The sales person, Berlinda Chandler, made this experience in shopping for a van to suit our daughter's needs was very professional, very caring and very informative. After we explained what our needs were she instructed us to view several vehicles, the Chrysler Pacifica being one of them, Our daughter, Latresce Bennett, was not able to be there at that time , however Berlinda took the extra time to speak with our daughter, who was in a nursing home, over the telephone and took extra time to even take the vehicle to the nursing home so that our daughter could make the final decision on the purchase of the vehicle, She was patient, kind, attentive and caring. Explaining the features of the car. How the car would be best suited for her handicap. She worked with both us and our daughter in making this purchase. She and our daughter and my husband and I worked together to make this buy both affordable and buyer friendly.

I have been watching for a 2019 Santa Fe and when I got a Cars.com notice on one at an amazing price, I jumped on it. Due to COVID-19, most dealerships are limited and this was the Memorial Day Weekend. I sent an email and got a response the same day. Went and saw the car at the dealership, took a test drive, and now it's mine. Annapolis made the deal easy and efficient. Paul even took me out and helped me with some of the advanced features on the car. They cleaned her up and touched up some scrape marks so she looks brand new. LOVE my new to me car.

The staff was very helpful. We came to look at the car on one day and were able to see a similar car and get information. The staff kept in contact and when we were ready to buy they found the specific car we wanted.

This dealership is the best around!!! We really got an amazing deal and paid way less than the MSRP. Not only that the process was extremely easy. I have two little ones and Mike was able to work with me by getting all the paper work set up before I came in. They also worked on getting me the lowest rate for financing. We ended up getting the Palisades. It is a fantastic SUV with a ton of space and amazing features. I love that it rides like a luxury high end vehicle but didn’t come with the crazy price tag. Overall, this was an amazing experience and I highly recommend them.
