Used 2018 Hyundai Tucson for sale in Addison, IL

I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. Now, two weeks on, I'm very pleased with my car and experience. Thanks!

We purchased it our Tucson new in 2018 other than routine maintenance we haven’t had to spend any money for repair concerning the running of the vehicle. It’s stylish on the outside and the interior looks great, it’s quiet when running and has a awesome sound system

Our 2018 Hyundai Tucson came with the Best in class Warranty of a 5 Years Engine and Powertrain. I love the Platinum Extended Warranty my Wife and I purchased for a mere $2100 CAD, which covers our 2018 Tucson bumper to bumper for all moving parts, which can be repaired for Only $100+Taxes!! The standard heated seats front and back are excellent for Canadian Winters. The engine is so easy to clean and keep clean, as are the Air Filters to change. 😊👍😎 The worse thing about our 2018 Hyundai Tucson is the heavy Key Fob, which I wish you could replace with a lighter weight FOB, it's the heaviest Key FOB I have ever held in my hands and pockets.😤

I simply will not purchase a car through any dealer other the Patrick Hyundai. Bought my third car from Jack Kim, the best sales rep I’ve ever encountered. Jack is honest, realistic ,works hard to get you the best car for your wants and needs. Jack is super attentive and I trust him completely.

Lots of engine trouble, lots of money out of pocket, lots of love for my Tucson. 2018 Tucson bought used with 15K miles on it. Perfect ride, great in wet weather, AC kicks butt, I’m in South Texas, feels safe, I totaled a 2016 previously and came out unscathed. The only thing that’s been negative is the fact that I’m on the third engine. Lol. The Gemma engines had issues with debris from the cam shaft staying in the engine and I had a blockage in the OG engine that led to overheating issues and eventually warped the block. Didn’t know about the engine issue and just bought a new motor. After about 6 months the second motor, used from a wrecked Tucson, threw a rod and blew up due to debris killing a bearing. Found out about engine issues and bought a resurfaced and rebuilt engine and it’s smooth sailing again. I ride this car hard and it answers the call day in and day out.

Absolutely reliable. Haven’t had any issues & I wish I went a little bigger maybe the Hyundai Sante Fe sport model but I still like it ! I got the caribbean blue color so it makes me smile when I get in it

David, Joe and George are part of a great sales team. They are honest and upfront, and will give you the best deal possible without the haggle. You won’t find a better deal anywhere else and you are simply wasting your time if you continue to look for a better deal. Don’t leave without the keys!!

I am a taller person but has adequate room for me to enter and exit ok. I am happy with the fuel mileage. it is comfortable to drive.

Dealt with this CarMax dealer over the phone and email. Tried to negotiate a price based on other dealers in the area for the same vehicle and was told that the price listed was the price you pay!

Friendly, work completed on time. Kept me informed of progress. Only negative review is that they used to perform shuttle/pick-up service for Hyundai customers. Now only availble to Genesis owners.

Pleasant staff, always helpful I have now purchased two cars from here, my sales person, Steve Johnson was great both times and I'm extremely happy with my lease. I want to also shout to George in service, he's always there for me when I need help or questions answered.

Clean neat waiting area. But not enough seating accommodations. Could use a different variety of snacks. Smaller bottles of water hope this is enough for my comments
