As an out of town buyer, I was willing to make the trip the very day I called on the vehicle I found online. After speaking with the salesman, I was satisfied the vehicle was as represented and what I was looking for, but the price was nearly the same as the same vehicle, 1 year newer, after incentives. I needed a lower price in order for it to make sense. The salesman was very cordial and helpful, but whomever he put on the phone to negotiate with me was not willing to negotiate, was rude, condescending, and clearly wasn't interested in doing business. Instead, he was out to prove a point. His ego got in the way of talking to the customer and finding a way to make the deal. It was clear he didn't care about gaining a customer. Such a disappointment after the positive reviews I read online.
Was looking for a used SUV. The building was old and run down and the inside was in poor repair and absolutely filthy. The salesman did try to find us a vehicle that would work. I have to wonder if their service is as poor and shoddy as the building. We did not buy a vehicle there.
I started looking online & worked with Andrew. He was always professional, helpful & worked with me to help me find what I wanted & in a color I preferred. The price was great & it was a pleasant process. Once I bought the car I didn't get good advice to see their title clerk to pay the title & taxes before driving away. This was only the 2nd new car I have bought so I was not very knowledgeable about that part of it. That is getting straightened out but that could have been made much smoother. Buying the car was great though, great price, no pressure, & very helpful salesperson.
My Subaru had a safety issue with the rear view mirror. The Edwards Subaru Service team went above and beyond to help me. Christopher J resolved my annoying but dangerous issue quickly and without charge! While there I witnessed other examples of stellar customer service, I.e. finding used parts for some repairs. I will definitely return my car there for service when needed. Highly recommend - skilled and courteous staff!
As a first time buyer of a brand new vehicle I was very nervous. Johnny Nebraska sold me my Subaru and he made the process stress-free, easy and got me an incredible deal! I hope when it's time to turn in my vehicle that he's still around. I would use him 100 times over again.
Had a good experience getting a newer car. Met Tim who was very patient and reassuring. He encouraged us to test drive as many cars as necessary before deciding on one to purchase. He accepted our offer and worked with us to stay within budget while at the same making certain we got a great car.
No pressure or belligerent attitude like you normally get from some salesmen.
I would most definitely recommend him to anyone visiting his dealership with the intention of buying a new car.
Tim was very friendly and up front. Our buying process was smooth. I requested infornation on a car on cars.com and was contacted by Tim within 2 minutes! He had the car detailed and ready for me to test drive when I got off work. He had an answer to every question my fiance and I had about the car. 2 hours later and we were on our way home with my new Subaru Legacy!
Purchased this 2015 vw over the the internet/phone. Traveled 1,700 miles to pick up. The car was just as Steve described and at a fair price. Flew in late on a Sunday and Terry and the staff stayed late to deliver the car. The followup paper work and missing owners manual were quickly replaced and mailed to me by Kerry, to Washington State.
Overall excellent service and would do it all over again.
Today I walked in and was greeted by Mike at the front desk. He was really helpful, and walked me through the approval process which i have no experience with. He was really friendly and answered all of my questions. I left with a new car about an hour later. Im kind of in shock at how well this went. It was quick, easy and he was really friendly. Thank you Mike!!
