First time buying a car in over 20+ years. Have had company cars all that time & really had no idea what it was like to buy a car these days. Went to a few dealerships & test drove some cars after spending hours researching online. Last dealer was Basil Resale Delaware. Called & spike with Rob on the phone first, he assured me the car was still there & had it pulled up in front when we got there. After test driving we met with sales rep Kire to discuss details. My experience with both of them was awesome. No pressure, no manager coming out to pressure talk us, just nice honest conversation. We left & told them we'd be in touch. After deciding we'd buy, had numerous follow-up conversations before coming back to pick up the car & every conversation was pleasant, answering all our questions & attending to details I wanted taken care of. So comfortable plenty of leg room front and back. Test drove Ford, Toyota first but this is the best by far. Warranties are great. Finance was easy. Customer service was great

Our buying experience at VSA was extraordinarily pleasant because we were treated with respect by each team member encountered. "High-pressure"/"shell game" sales tactics were non-existent!! Instead, each member of the VSA organization we encountered demonstrated a genuine understanding of the importance of customer appreciation & a desire to completely assist us.
Our high regard for VSA is validated by subsequent accounts that share a few highlights of our "VSA" buying experience.
Prior to officially visiting Virginia Select Auto (VSA) we had searched the Internet for well-optioned, low-mileage 2016 Ford Explorers & test driven examples at competing vendors. We had also made two (2) "Sunday, off-hour" visits to VSA for cursory inspections of candidate vehicles. These experiences, coupled with prior online research, acquainted us with the fair market value of our "Trade-In" and the vehicle we sought.
Upon our arrival, Customer Service Representative, Damian Garrett came from the sales studio to promptly & courteously greet us (attentiveness even before we could finish exiting our vehicle)!! His comprehensive knowledge/explanation of the features/options of the subject vehicle were extremely refreshing & helpful. Our "test drive" was not restricted to a limited-distance, "cold engine", slow-speed, punctuated "ride around the block". Instead, we were encouraged to thoroughly evaluate the vehicle's performance under operating scenarios we felt were important. All of our questions & concerns were acknowledged and appropriate follow-up with other VSA team members was made as soon as we returned to the showroom. After: 1) An explanation of procedures & policies VSA employs regarding selection & purchase of one of their vehicles; 2) An introduction to available extended warranty programs; and; 3) Completion of customer identification paperwork, we were introduced to Jerry Williams (Sales Manager), who handled presentation of the purchase proposal & negotiation of the final vehicle purchase agreement.
Jerry Williams also greeted us with respect & courtesy throughout the negotiating process which was cut to the chase immediately after our initial counter proposal (no long, arduous, anger-provoking, back & forth negotiating iterations here!!). He thoroughly explained the basis for VSA's initial sales agreement proposal, identified what was acceptable in our opinion, and successfully worked with his upper management to make possible acquisition of the vehicle under terms we felt were fair & amenable to both parties. It was great to reach a final agreement without VSA going through annoying, intermediate attempts at making an agreement that we were not going to feel comfortable with!!! after amenable sales terms were reached, Jerry introduced us to Blake Howery (Finance Director).
Blake tailored our extended warranty program review to options we had previously expressed interest in and didn't waste our time going through undesired alternatives. His explanations and answers to our questions clarified our understanding of the warranty offers at issue and aided our decision -making process. Subsequently, the purpose of each sale-related paperwork element was thoroughly explained before it was presented to us for signature. Adequate opportunity for questioning was afforded throughout the process.
Finally, while Damian was installing our license plates & helping us transfer personal belongings to our newly-purchased vehicle, another VSA staff member (with whom we had no direct contact on the showroom floor) also congratulated us on our purchase!! David & Cindy B

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. The Tuscon have is stylish and well built, No tinny sound, the electronic features it has are not standard on similar cars from other brands that cost more money. Great warranty and reasonable price makes it an excellent value.
This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from this dealership and the third vehicle I bought from the salesman Joshua Miller. 1. Josh is a very friendly guy and will always try to get you a good deal on what ever you are trying to buy; as he did for the 3 cars he sold me. 2. the dealership usually always has deals going on and are always willing to make time to help you with a sale and find a affordable car. 3. Dennis Reilly is the finance guy that help me out on my third vehicle (2018 Malibu) he was very helpful and was able to get me a even better deal I originally had before I went in to sign papers. All together it is a good dealership and good people and I would say I had a great overall experience. will purchase my next car from this place.

The Tucson seems to do everything well! Ride is very comfortable. I enjoy all the technology, especially Apple CarPlay feature! Three ‘drive’ modes available. Storage room is plentiful. 100,000 warrantee is assuring. I particularly like the exterior body style. Dollar for dollar it truly is a great value!
The staff was great from the time I walked into the dealership. Check in was less than a minute. Services was less than an hour.

I haven't had my Tucson long but I know I'm going to like it. The mileage is better than they suggested. I got the Ultimate and although it will take me a while to get used to all the features it's a nice vehicle. I have a 2008 Santa Fe and it's been a great SUV so I wanted to stay with Hyundai.
Customer service was great on the phone and in person. Had a problem they fixed, then on to the sales department where that was handled in great fashion. Went in with a problem and being dissatified to coming out completely satified and happy with a new 2016 Tucson. Financing was helpful in making a suggestion that is going to save a little money for us. Looking forward to returning for service and the great people that work there.

Absolutely love my Hyundai Tucson sport! I would definitely buy another in the future. It’s comfortable, great on fuel plenty of room for everyone it’s stylish.
We have purchased two new Hyundais from Hyundai of New Port Richey, a 2007 Tucson and a 2013 Elantra GT. We love them both. Faith Respler sold us both, and she does a great job in all aspects of the buying process. We are looking forward to our next purchase later this year.

This is my first Hyundai; bought based upon recommendations from friends. Drives great, plenty of room, good pick-up, great styling and features. Good fit for my wife as she is small in stature, and I am large; works well for both of us.
Plenty for legs, motor quiet, nice media screen, sound of the radio is
perfect, a lot of choice for the color interior and exterior and finally
the cost is very good.
I have owned a Santa Fe and 3 Tucsons. They are great cars.....reliabiliaty, performance, looks, comfort, space and price. When considering a SUV, nothing else compares.
I can't say enough about Kevin and the guys in the service department. I started coming to you when the dealer I bought my car at told me I would need to wait about 10 days to schedule and oil change appointment. Seriously??? 10 days to get an oil change done???
I don't like to go to the oil change places so when I remembered I trip to Echo Park car shopping with a friend. I went online and was able to get something scheduled that very day. What a difference that was to me. I decided I would never go back to that other dealership again. I have been fortunate with my car so oil changes are very important to me in order to keep my Honda in good shape and servicing me for years to come.
On this trip I had just returned from a 4200 mile road trip across country. My service light came on 1000 miles from home and I was in drastic need. I was able to quickly get one scheduled that fit my life schedule. Something came up between scheduling and having my appointment. I was in a hurry to get things done. They were very honest with me by telling me it would take at least 45 minutes to get done. They set the right expectation with me. That's important for a busy schedule. When I arrived they were ready to go and had me out in about 45 minutes as promised.. and even washed my car!
I work in Customer Service myself so setting the right expectation with your customers is important. The friendliness and great waiting area don't hurt either:) Thank you again Echo Park Service for another great experience.

I went from a van to this SUV and room was my primary concern, but there is plenty of room inside. As far as power, I have the 2.5L, when you put it in sport mode it's very quick. But it has good power even in regards mode. I really enjoy driving it, what a smooth ride!
I took my used car to get an estimate to sell to them. Not only did they pay off my car I got a substantial check and it was all completed within 10 minutes. Now when was the last time you bought a car within 10 minutes - never. My good friend, Dave Sivigliano was professional, courteous and since he made a g reat offer there was no need to negotiate. If you are looking for a good used car, I highly recommend them. In fact 2 years ago I purchased a 1998 truck frtom Dave and is still running great.

This SUV meets all our needs in a vehicle. We enjoy all the new tech stuff , like the cell phone access to the radio without talking or looking at cell phone.
This vehicle is built solid. There is very little road noise while on highway. We like having all the access buttons on the stearing wheel. Add in good gas milage.
I worked with Dave Sivigliano to sell two of my vehicles before a move. Dave was friendly, professional, and respectful to both my husband and me. He gave us a fair value for both vehicles and I left feeling like I got a great deal. The process we quick and painless. Dave really went out of his way to help me take off a tail hitch and plates after the deal. He also made sure we got everything out of the vehicle. If I had to sell a vehicle again, I would not hesitate to use Dave and AUC.
