Have been coming to Lexus of Clearwater since 2009 and have seen a lot of transitioning with this dealership. They must be doing something right for me to come back. On my 6th vehicle buying through them. They make it seamless to find you the right car at the right price!

I bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from the Dealership as the second owner. It has not given me any issues. I get it serviced when required. It has never had any issues. I feel the interiors are comfortable. I love the butt warmers. I love the vibrant blue exterior. SUV has so much space. When I put my foot down it it definitely not my old 300CC Hemi Chrysler V6 engine but it eventually goes. It feels sporty and stylish. 26mpg on the freeway.

Thanks to Carlos we were able to purchase a certified used Sonata and also received a fair trade in on our old car. This is only the 2nd time I've traded in a vehicle in my long life.

Recently purchased a used/leased 2019 Tucson and wanted a stable safe vehicle. For a single person this compact SUV is great. comfortable ride, enough cargo space for groceries. As a metro driver the gas mileage is on par with other vehicles. test drove a crossover and was not happy with the bumpy ride nor the cargo area. Checked having fun with this car, but it is really an about town for errands car.

This week, at Regal Lakeland, I had a commendable buying experience thanks to an exceptional salesman, Victor Estrada. His integrity, relatability, and advocacy resulted in my wife getting the exact car she wanted at a very fair price. After test driving this specific Honda CRV model at 4 other dealerships, I was getting annoyed at hearing the same sales tactics and cliches over and over again. By contrast, it was refreshing to meet Victor when my wife and I walked into his office. He was a good listener and paid close attention to my wife's priorities before her test drive. He was also patient in explaining, in layman's terms, some of the advanced safety features this car was equipped with. She was impressed with this CPO car. Victor was able to secure a fair price on a fine vehicle that should last for years. Regal Lakeland will be my first stop when replacing my vehicle next year. I'm very happy with my Tucson. Used car inventory is low. I test drove one on a local lot and liked the weight and handling of the car but it didn't have the equipment I was looking for. I went to Carvana and searched the same model 2019 Tucson, since that is what I had driven. I detailed every bell and whistle I wanted and there was my car and in the color I preferred. 10 minutes on the computer and the car was delivered in 3 days. Total time to receive the vehicle was 10 minutes ! The car drives great. One small (odd) detail I really appreciate is the lombard adjustment on the driver's seat. It is far superior to any I've had. I drive 1100 miles 4 times per year and look forward to my next trip. I also love the Blue Link, 3 year complimentary bonus. I can start the car with my phone and the snow will be melted and car nice and warm in these Michigan winters.

Todd has been excellent to deal with. He’s followed up but not over the top pushy. When I’m ready to move forward with my purchase, I will for sure be using Todd.

Good gas mileage, smooth drive and stability, roomy and good quality interiors. The sound system is OK. A bit slow when starting to run but runs OK.

Their used car dealership is actually about 1/2 mile north of the new car showroom. Visted to see a vehicle advertised but after several minutes they said that it wasn't available because it had mechanical issues. I felt the old bait and switch hit me. John Harp helped me and actually showed me another vehicle and let me test drive it. He was very patient and took time to explain fees and give me information. If it wasn't for his honesty and patience, I would never try to buy a vehicle from this dealership.

Very happy with our purchase. We have about 60,000km on the vehicle now (Yes Canadian). I am very pleased with the quality, performance, and reliability of the vehicle. We've had the Tuscon in the extreme Canadian Winters -40c, (-40F). Unplugged, and it has started without issue. I remember we were nervous when we bought the vehicle with the GDI 2.0L motor originally, but it has been fantastic since new. I would highly recommend the Tuscon to a young or older couple it is truly the perfect family vehicle. Great price and great reliabililty.

Our '21 Tuscan SEL AWD is great in the snow, with a quiet comfortable cabin, and loaded with features that often are found in vehicles costing 10k more & then you have to purchase a pkg with items you don't need to get what you do need. Hyundai thinks about the little things in addition to the overall vehicle. Sharpe exterior lines, soft interior materials and attention to detail is present in each Tuscan. This is the final year of the best generation Tuscan yet, and Hyundai keeps building on the previous gens pros.

My 2020 Tuscan is such a sight for sore eyes. I love how sleek and sexy he is, I love the heated seats, blue link, lane assist, etc. this is my favorite car I’ve owned so far. I’ve never been bug into cars, but I do love this one!
