Love this place and definitely recommend Alan Roque, the best worker there is definitely 5 starts.

I bought it used in February 2024.In the time that I have owned it I have had no issues whatsoever and it has had all the required maintenance. It currently has between 77000 and 78000 miles. I am the 3rd owner and as long as the proper maintenance is done it is a very reliable vehicle.

Smooth process from start to finish and Rian made everything very enjoyable. He listened and found the exact car I was looking for with all of the options.

UP TO NOW I STILL LOVE DRIVING MY TUCSON. NEVER HAD ANY MECHANICAL ISSUES. YOU JUST HAVE TO MAINTAIN IT PROPERLY AND DONT DRIVE LIKE A MANIAC. ANY CAR WILL BREAK IF YOU HAVE POOR DRIVING HABITS.

This is a great car. I love the back-up camera, heated seats, no smoking in, very low mileage, fast and safe for my little one. The back seats go all The way down or part way. I sit higher, has a slap-shift. Great car!

I was in need of a new car . The one i had was bought in 2005 but the year of the car is 2001. I wanted something a bit newer and affordable. I didn't catch the guy's name since my dad was the one who dealt with him first. No pressure at all. He was very helpful. I test drove the car and loved how it drove along with it's a big upgrade to what i had. So decided to buy it. I bought a 2012 Infiniti G25x, leather seats, AWD. front seat heaters, sun roof, backup camera, defrost on the side mirrors and it's a V6. I love it. I highly recommend buying a car here.

First of all I want to say I have no affiliation with Hyundai. My husband and I have owned Hyundai’s since 1978, Usually upgrading every three years or so. At my age of 69 I have never owned a more reliable car. My current Hyundai is the 2013 Tucson. I absolutely love hi Hyundai and they never drive anything but a Hyundai. We have purchased our fourth vehicle (Toyota Tundra Max cab) from them in the last 12 years and love it. Berkenkotter Motors provide awesome, honest, low pressure used car, truck sales. They stand behind their vehicles if you have any trouble in the short term. Although they sell used cars, RV's , boats, and trucks they are checked over and are of great quality. I did get a great trade in on my 2003 Dodge 2500 long bed. Previously we also purchased from them a 2007 Toyota 4runner, and 2007 Toyota corolla. We had only one small service on the 4 runner. While having five lots, they have a lot of cars to choose from and if they don't have what you want they can get it in a short term. Take the time to meet their friendly staff, Dan, Steve, BJ, Alan, Frankie, Wade, jetty, Hanna, etc. We just love them. We got the financing every time we wanted. We currently are looking at RV's for our retirement travels.

Just purchased as a daily driver for work. Had it two months with 104,000 miles. Looks and drives great. Base model but I’m pleased with its features. I agree not a lot of power but purchase it as a work vehicle to garage my nicer vehicle.

Only issue i have is my turbo blew at 60k miles good thing its under warranty. Other than that this car is nice to drive.

This was one of the most honest dealers we have ever worked with. Not only did they offer to replace the windshield (without being asked), they gave us some gas money for gas since the gas tank was nearly empty. I most heartily give this dealership 5 stars!

We love our little 2015 Tucson! Perfect size! The car just wraps around me when I get into the driver’s seat. Great little runabout! It is Red and the 2015 Tucson is the most beautiful shade of bright RED! Adorable and substantial car.

Let me add to the engine problems. Overall I really like this vehicle. We have taken many trips and enjoy the feel on the road. Maintenance has not been a major issue until recently. It started using oil on a regular basis. About a quart every two to three weeks. At around 92k miles it is now in the shop waiting to see if Hyundai will honor their warranty. It needs a new engine. It runs ok now, for a sewing machine. Hopefully Hyundai will honor their warranty and I can get another 90k miles out of the vehicle.

Love it but chews through fuel, bigtime. 0therwise great shopping car, family car, touring car. But not economical. Might have to sell it on, which I don’t want to do.

I have owneed my 2006 Hyundai Tucson. Love it! Starts and runs like a sewing machine, yet has turbo power to accelerate when needed. 75,000 miles on it and very reliable. The drivers side window did stop working - the "regulator" - an inside panel that the motor, window guides, and speaker attach to, needed replacing - $100 labor, $50 part from Amazon.

Our salesrep, Phil, was great. Very patient, no pressure, called us back to follow up and operated in our best interest. We are very happy with our choice.

I toggled between 4&5 stars and I landed on 5 (which is hard to do with me)and I will tell you why.I started out with BMotors over a month ago looking at one particular 5th wheel and after it had been listed that it had some things that worked it actually didnt but well my son was a used car dealer for many years and this was the reason I asked for it to be checked.I know how things work in used vehicles its not always obvious even to the dealerships. They could have sold me it as it was but they were 100% honest and said they needed to put me in another trailer.This is the most important aspect of a dealership really. You get what they are saying! This new 5th wheel is more then double the price but its more then worth it and I am satisfied with it They did good by me and in house financed me on top of it. Bret was amazing and answered every time I text him a question or concern. When I was ready to haul this giant 5th wheel for the very first time with a truck I just purchased they actually had their service guy (and another employee follow)drive about 6 miles with me to get me out of the city and show me how to make the turns and show me how to use the brake system on the trailer.This is above and beyond!! Bought in 2015 my 2016 Love love this suv. Sadly this week going to trade for a 2023. Have 85000 miles and never had any trouble. I trade b4 100000 miles on any vehicle I've owned. I'm 67 so it's been a lot of vehicles including a truck once.

I absolutely love this car!! I've had it almost two years and really enjoy driving it. I have the Ruby Wine Sport. This is my 2nd Hyundai. Previously I had a 2007 Sonata and loved it. It was an awesome Sedan (Frankie Sonata). Just wanted a crossover, I guess! No regrets.

My concern is a report on ABC Good Morning America today that certain Hyundai and KIA autos are are easily stolen because the factory left a device off that will eliminate ease of theft. Some insurance companies are refusing insurance coverage on subject autos. Our 2016 Hyundai Tucson SUV Turbo is very well appointed so we need to know if it may need an added device,

I have a 2017 Tucson which I absolutely love. It has just over 17,000 miles. The ABS wheel sensor is causing dashboard idiot lights to come and stay on. Recalls for that on every year except for 2017. It upsets me why they are not recalling 2017 when this seems to be happening to a lot of people
