My experience started off on a rough note. My new truck was delivered missing a passenger-side mirror, and I had to make multiple trips back to the dealership during the first week of ownership. There were also a few additional issues that needed to be addressed, and I was frustrated by some of the communication throughout the process. That said, the dealership listened to my concerns and made a genuine effort to make things right. They repaired all of the issues with the truck, provided a loaner while the repairs were being completed. I appreciated that they took my feedback seriously and were willing to work with me rather than dismiss my concerns. No one wants to spend the first week with a brand new vehicle making return trips to the dealership, but I also believe it’s important to recognize when a business stands behind its customer. While I wish the delivery experience had gone more smoothly, I’m thankful they followed through and made the effort to restore my confidence in both the truck and the dealership.
2024 Hyundai TUCSON review
There are some things worth noting. Gas mileage is not great. No where near what it says. Controls are hard to navigate and confusing but I love the phone, GPS, ride, Sirius and other safety features.

2018 Hyundai TUCSON review
Let me add to the engine problems. Overall I really like this vehicle. We have taken many trips and enjoy the feel on the road. Maintenance has not been a major issue until recently. It started using oil on a regular basis. About a quart every two to three weeks. At around 92k miles it is now in the shop waiting to see if Hyundai will honor their warranty. It needs a new engine. It runs ok now, for a sewing machine. Hopefully Hyundai will honor their warranty and I can get another 90k miles out of the vehicle.

2023 Hyundai TUCSON review
I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

2022 Hyundai TUCSON review
Bought a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience in Sept 2021, owned it for 4 years now. With 45,000 miles, Ive had no major problems other than normal wear and tear, like brake pads, oil and tires. Very reliable, comfortable and affordable. If I were going to nitpick, I would prefer non leather steering wheel and gear shift. I keep them covered so they dont get worn out. Love this SUV!

2024 Hyundai TUCSON review
After trying out dozens of different makes & models (looking for a used, comfortable 1 or 2 yr old car) we found our Tucson on a show-room floor with everything we wanted (except CD player) & paid less than what we were looking at with an older model of anything else! (would have given the car a 5 Star rating for interior, but center counsel is awkward to get into while driving & not quite enough small storage spaces.. other than that.. it's our 1yr anniversary with the car & we're Still learning all the buttons! We bought the car in Janesville, Wisc. The dealerships here in Rockford were pushy & wouldn't answer any questions unless we committed to buying with them. (Stay away!!)

2023 Hyundai TUCSON review
The Hyundai Tucson Limited is far beyond other vehicles in the same class. This car has features of luxury cars in an affordable vehicle, and it looks sharp too. If it had a turbo charged engine it would e out of this world. As it is, the car does lack power, but unless you drive it like a sports car this isn’t a problem. Front heated and ventilated seats, Rear heated seats, park assist, blind spot cameras. If you need it this car has it.

While I did not purchase my Hyundai from Palm Springs Hyundai they were very helpful with providing helpful information about the vehicle. The salesman Cody King was friendly, personable and knowledgeable about the car and was very professional in his follow up. I would definitely recommend him for anyone who needs a Hyundai in Palm Springs. I live part time in Palm Springs and will definitely use them for any service that I have done. Good inventory of vehicles but they just didn’t have the exact car I was looking for.
2022 Hyundai TUCSON review
Have been very happy with car in both performance and reliability. Only negative is the rear wiper. It does not clear the rear window enough.

LOVE everything about this car except for one issue. The "take a break" feature is a PAIN IN THE xxx and can't be shut off as far as I've found out.

I had a good experience working with Elvis buying a used car. It was quick and easy to find a salesperson willing to do a test drive. They walked me through all the most important features and were very friendly. In between my test drive and purchasing the vehicle, Elvis was very responsive by text when I had questions regarding the maintenance and service history of the vehicle. Elvis provided a CarFax report upon request. The negotiation process was a relatively quick experience. They gave me a fair price for the vehicle and didn't run me around in circles. On the day of the pickup, Mike did an excellent job walking me through the setup of Audi Connect and going through the features of the car. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. Overall, I had a good experience at Audi of Des Moines. I would consider buying a vehicle from them in the future!

He asked us if he could help us and we said sure we’re looking for a Ford transit van and he says well may I show you what he said, of course, and he jumped into our vehicle and he drove us over to the neighboring lot and we looked into the transit and even took a test drive. He was extremely helpful during the entire sales process. His sales manager, Ryan, Chase, a fellow salesman and Patricia Maldonado in Finance helped round out our transaction in Finance. Each of these team members worked tirelessly to ensure our process was seamless and completely free of errors. It took a lot of extra effort with my special situation, but they did it well and I am so proud of these guys and representing Ford and Autonation USA. 2025 Hyundai TUCSON review
I've only owned it for less than 2 months but so far I love it! It's a lovely car, has every amenity you could think of (heated seats front and back, heated steering wheel, auto tailgate lift, etc., and is loaded with safety features. My only complaint is the "take a break" comes on constantly and you can't disable it.
