I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Bought a used GMC Yukon from SAG and unfortunately have had to deal with the hassle of bringing the vehicle into the SAG service shop more times than I anticipated for a vehicle I have owned for only a little over a month. But Service Mgr Mike Ardolino has consistently provided me with outstanding customer service and repairs at very reasonable prices even after my 30 day dealership warranty ended. I can say I will always take my vehicles to Mike for any and all auto service needs in the future. Thanks Mike!
Slow to have a salesperson help us. Wouldn’t even walk us to the car, just pointed to the far end of the lot and said “it’s over there by the Carmax sign.” Sales guy didn’t listen to our needs at all and just kept repeating his script.
I had a 13-year-old car to trade (very sad; love that car) and cash to spend on a new used car. Matthew was excellent to work with after searching online, finding one I thought would work, confirming its availability and then finally arranging an appointment and test drive. I felt listened to, understood and absolutely valued as someone important to him that day and the dealership overall. The whole transaction was smooth ??? and I wasn't the only one. It seemed to me that day that all of the sales people and customers were having good experiences. They must be doing something right! I would recommend Matt and Shortline without hesitation.
This is the second time I have used the service department for my Sante Fe. Each time the team members that I have had contact were professional and very helpful. On this visit a small request was overlooked. And b I mentioned during final review of the service the service manager immediately sent my car back in and had the issue resolved in less that 10 minutes. I have been very pleased with each interaction.

We are very happy with our purchase experience. Sean, his manager, and Chris in finance, did everything they could to get the deal done for us. This is our second Hyundai purchase so we knew what we wanted. Stevinson Hyundai deserves a 5 star rating because of how well their customer service is! It was my 2nd time buying a car but my first time financing a car. Everyone at Stevinson Hyundai made it a very easy, smooth, and fun experience. I went there hoping to take home my dream car and they made that happen with no problem. Being a young adult with no credit history I was very doubtful about being able to walk away with the car, but that didn't propose an issue. Do to the commitment of the wonderful employees at Stevinson Hyundai they didn't stop until they could make it work. They did everything they could do to get me the best deal possible. After the car was purchased, the finance manager Chris Tracey still continued to go out of his way to personally help me out by getting me a better interest rate to save me money! Chris was also considerate enough to take the time to explain to me more efficient ways to build my credit! You can tell he really cares about his customers and wants what's best for them! Davis Walker was an absolute pleasure to do business with! I called him to let him know I was interested in the car and when I came by to look at it he had it all ready to look at and test drive. Not to mention had it completely detailed and washed. Davis made the initial process very enjoyable and easy! Chris and Davis displayed great customer service and care.
