The process started in the month of May. We had stopped in to check out the options to the end of the current lease. Marco and Barry assisted us and gave us the necessary information at that time. It wasn't looking good as the current specials focused more on the SUV line. Good news that we had time to wait a little and see what would happen, if anything. The end of June we began test driving other comparable models through 2 different brands. Lucky for us, Hyundai came out with a great lease deal on the Sonata. The other dealerships did not compare well on vehicles, customer service, or price. We were so excited to have that door open again that we contacted Joe, and scheduled a time to meet. Let's start with the test drive. We met with Joe on 6/30/2018. After a warm welcome we headed out to the car, which was right at the front door with the a/c running. Then a few instructions on the car, where to find things, made sure mirrors and seat were adjusted, seatbelts on and away we went. It was important to stay with the same vehicle if possible, as the comfort level and knowledge for my dad was really key. Then on 7/1 the deal was finalized to a price that could be handled. On 7/2 the vehicle was ready and waiting for us right up front. It had drizzled a bit, which left the car dirty, so Joe suggested running it back through the car wash again. Just a little personal touch by taking pride in your job. The honor and integrity this dealership shows makes it easy to shop and purchase a vehicle. This is the 2nd one purchased by myself, and I highly recommend it to anyone. The staff if friendly and professional, and really makes the whole experience very pleasant. Thank you all!

I agree with first reviewer about the Palisade. It has a less boxy look than the Kia Telluride but the ride is nice, with not much outside noise. All the safety devices included in the top model make this my choice when the Palisade I ordered finally arrives at the dealer.
My husband & I initially made the lengthy drive (1 1/2 hrs) to meet Rich & look @ a particular used vehicle we???d seen on line. However, after test driving that vehicle & a few others, we decided to take a look @ the 2018 Santa Fe Sport & couldn???t pass up the great value! Rich, Tony & Brian stayed till the early morning hours to make sure we could take our new vehicle home that evening. Excellent Customer Service & all very pleasant to work with!! A return trip was necessary to take care of a few items on our new Santa Fe Sport. However, Rich, along with Brandon, Tony & Andrew made sure we were again taken care of with excellent service all the way around. Thanks Guys for everything & we love our new 2018 Santa Fe Sport! Our SUV gives us the option to use 3rd row sitting when needed or more cargo room. Love all the safety features this SUV has.
Jake was amazing!! We had so much fun testing Tucson???s and Sonatas and he was like one of the family making jokes and laughing with us. He was knowlegable and answered any questions we had!! Everyone at Burnsville Hyundai has been great and we look forward to continuing our relationship with Jake and Charlie!! We walked away with a 2018 Sonata Sport Turbo and couldn???t be happier!! All I did was go in to see what the 2018 Santa Fe featured versus what my 2013 had. I never anticipated buying a new vehicle that day, yet Michael made himself available to answer questions and to set up a test drive. From the very beginning I felt comfortable working with Michael, as I felt I was treated as he would treat a friend. After the test drive we sat down to look at numbers and this is where Marco came into the picture. Marco worked tirelessly to work out numbers for me, including lease options which honestly would not work for me. Once everything was set, I switched vehicles and Marco went back to work again, eventually coming up with numbers that made sense. Tony then got to work with Marco to find my new vehicle, which they did 200 miles away. Twenty four hours later, I had my dream vehicle and everyone got to work prepping it and making it just right. In the mean time, Barry and I worked together to get the loan initiated and all of the extras rolled in to the package. I got the extras I wanted/needed but the big thing is, there was no attempt at an up-sale from anyone. I left figuring I put together the package I wanted with the vehicle I wanted. That way it felt like my vehicle and not the vehicle that anyone at Luther wanted for me. Luther Burnsville, has put together the team, including everyone in service, that sets the standard for others to follow. I will return to Luther Hyundai over and over again because there, the customer does come first! Thank you, Pete

Test drove it locally but the still found the Kia Telluride slightly nicer overall with a little more interior usable space and seating. Pretty sure we will be going with the Kia, though either one would be fine.
Jaime has always provided excellent service. He is a pleasure to work with. I have been fortunate to have him and the Bloomington Hyundai staff involved in service and attempted repair of my Tucson. I have had my car in several times for repair of an undiagnosed electrical problem. Jaime and service personnel have been working with Tech Support over the last 18+ months and have been very thorough in their efforts. Always keeping me informed, providing loaner and been very polite and professional during these numerous and frustrating repair attempts. Would recommend Bloomington Hyundai to all customers. I hope Hyundai appreciates their outstanding employees! Comments that follow are about Hyundai as a company. I am very frustrated with Hyundai , repeated conversations to resolve these numerous service visits with a refund or replacement of this vehicle have been fruitless. I am a senior citizen with limited income and need a dependable vehicle. I made a substantial trade-in vehicle down payment and have just mailed my final lease payment. I am expected to purchase this vehicle by Jan 10th or forfeit my trade-in down payment and 36 months of lease payments (and pay a $400 lease turn in fee). I do not have $15000 to sit in " limbo" and not have a dependable vehicle. The clock is ticking, it is time for Hyundai to step up to "Refund or Replace" my 2014 Tucson Ltd.

My car has a huge body and trunk. I love that I see how many miles I have left in the tank. She's a real beauty.
I came in for a service that I had been told on the phone was covered by my Extended warranty. Upon completion of the work I was told I didn't have one. Overall I talked with the GM and three others. It was discovered that I had paid for the warranty but the paperwork had not been completed properly. They covered the service and I left with a check in hand for the difference between what I paid for the warranty and the repair cost. Many dealerships may not have been honest and pocketed the money. Thanks for what could have been a very different outcome. I will let others know about this most positive experience!!! 😄😄😄
"After a disappointing offer on trading our Hyundai Elantra GT for at 2016 model at another dealership (where we had bought new Elantras in 2010 and 2013, and had done 100% of the servicing there), I went online with Bloomington Hyundai at 5:30 am and interacted via chat. By 8:30 am we were at the dealership. By 8:45 am we had a deal. (We saved $3800 over the ""best offer"" at the other dealership. So much for rewarding customer loyalty). We couldn't be happier with staff of Bloomington Hyundai!"

Car is amazingly comfortable and well made for the price point. We got the Value Trim. All in all, we got the car for almost 8,000 usd cheaper than a similarly equipped CRV after rebates.
Cargo opening is a little on the small side but does not really bother us. Driving dynamics are not the best but not too boring either unless you like to drive really fast. Corners pretty well and also does not feel sluggish in the free way.
Hands free lift gate is very convenient and in my opinion, the car has just enough safety features that you don’t become dependent on them.
Coupled with amazing warranty, hard to find a better deal.
First of all, a friendly agent waiting for me for my 10:00 appointment. Next a run through of what my Hyundai Sonata was there for. Happily, it was just a normal oil change and for them to check everything else out. The service should take about 30 or 35 minutes and VOILA ! 25 minutes later all of it was done and I was on my way home.

This car is fun to drive. I am a petite lady and the power front seats are a great benefit. Love driving this car and the new features are great.
My boyfriend and I both have Hyundais from Luther Bloomington, and we are pleased with the service we received. My latest was an oil change and 75,000 mile inspection. While it took longer than the estimated 90 min (it was 2.5 hours), the charge was $50 less than estimated by telephone when scheduling the service. It was the day after the big snowstorm on Jan 22, and the dealer car wash access was blocked with a mountain of snow, so I left with a really dirty car (it would have just gotten dirty again almost immediately anyway). It was an act of Mother Nature, so I can't fault them for that. I dealt with Jamie Tresidder, and he offered my an opportunity to rain-check my car wash, which was really a nice touch. My boyfriend also dealt with Jamie when he was in for service a few weeks before me, and he was very pleased with the service he received, as well.

I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.

Pinch me! Can’t believe I drive this much car for what I paid! 18 Value Edition, nearly fully loaded; Sunroof, blind spot, Apple Car Play and push button start. Auto climate control and heated seats are amazing in winter. Don’t even want to get out of the car. Air super cool in the summer. Transmission shifts like butter. Engine at idle so quiet, I have gotten out without pushing the button thinking the car was off already. Only car I’ve ever owned without a single squeak or rattle at this point of ownership. All the power you need on sport mode. Getting avg 38-40 mpg daily on work commute. Back up camera with dynamic guidelines and monitor THE best of any car rental I’ve ever driven. Wow!

This car replaces a 2011 Elantra.
It handles well, has a good blend of features. I especially like the “Infotainment” features which combine well with my iPhone. Whether it’s listening to music, answering a call handsfree,..., using a map to find my way. Just a good diversity of uses without getting too complicated ...

The quality of the interior appointments (especially the driver and passenger seat adjustments) really surprised me for a car in this price range. “Like sitting in a cockpit” in the words of my brother in law after he drove the car...

As my lease was coming to an end, I replied to Alfonso's email. My intentions were to buy my Tuscon and I wanted to get of feel of my financial obligation coming in mid January. The first person I came into contact with was Kim, who led me in the right direction-I didn't know how right that direction was until later on! Alfonso was in the midst of helping another client, but was super respectful and honest. We touched base with intentions. I waited a little bit, Kim came back with the financial info...and a vehicle (not 'car' 😜) for me to take a look at and would fit into my financial expectations. Long story short...the test drive was amazing! Alfonso and I had what I took as an open honest conversation with a lot of laughs. I left saying I'd talk to him the next day. The experience inside the dealership while waiting for the numbers to 'crunch' right was very comical and quite fun! Thanks Angel for being such a good sport! like I said, your name fits you well! I was in touch with Alfonso about 8:45pm with a couple questions. He called, I got the answers I needed and asked him to pull the keys-I'd be in the next day. He was able to meet me earlier than the showroom opened and I was able to sign and go. All of the employees that I came in contact with were great! The teamwork with each other is above and beyond. As a person who does not care for car shopping, this is the third one I've gotten there. As long as the service department and sales department don't change, I won't either! This is a very nice SUV with leather and heated/cooled seats. It handles curves and turns well. All the extras are easy to access and add to the luxury feel. Seats have plenty of adjustment options and there’s lots of leg room.
My only complaints are it’s need for better shock absorbers also the gas pedal when inching through traffic. It sputters and acts like it might die, giving a shudder as you try to inch forward.
I tend to be a very indecisive person when it comes to purchasing a many year long commitment. I went to another dealership. Financed a 2016 Hyundai Elanta low miles no frills car. Slightly a little more than what I was comfortable with. After a day I decided to return it. Called them and they already sent my trade in Sonata 08 in..(Less than 24 hours seems a little quick from the customers stand point, but understandable from a business stand point.) So I scour the web, and see A 2013 Hyundai Sonata with about 89K. All the bells and whistles you could imagine. I took it for the weekend, and returned it to Morries on Monday. I found a 2014 Nisaan Sentra on the website and it was exactly what I needed. A well put together commuter car. Great on gas mileage, and very comfortable. The staff service was amazing, polite, and garnered toward the customers satisfaction. I worked with Andre, Ryan, and Jim. All very helpful, personable, and garnered towards the customers. Highly recommend.

My wife and I highly recommend Poquet Auto. Long story somewhat short, we began our car search back in early April of 2018. We walked around various auto dealers, and talked with family and friends about their car buying experiences. The name that was recommended over and over from a wide range of people was Poquet Auto, and their recommendations did not disappoint. We worked with Shaun Elling (as well as an individual named Brett on Shaun's day off.) Both individuals were incredibly friendly, competent, and wanted to make sure my wife and I got the car we were looking for. We test-drove 5 different cars over a three week period, and never once felt pressured to buy. We are extremely satisfied with our experience at Poquet, and I am happy to say we are extremely satisfied with our SUV we purchased from them. Not only were we impressed by Shaun during our buying experience, but we were also impressed with her once the sale was finalized. She has checked in with us twice over the past month, just to make sure that we are 100% satisfied. I will be sure to recommend Poquet, and specifically Shaun Elling, in the future.
Poquet made buying a car an incredibly smooth process. I had gone in one day to look at cars and test drive some cars, and ended up leaving with an incredible car. I came in with a '06 Volvo S60 (in terrible condition, with somewhere around 200,000 miles on it...) and immediately they helped me find an amazing '16 Mazda CX-3 (in great condition, with only 4,500 miles on it!).
All in all I highly recommend Poquet! Shaune was the representative I worked with. Even though she was helping a couple others at the same time as myself she was super on top of her sale and was extraordinarily helpful. She made sure the inspection of the Mazda CX-3 was thorough and, knowing I was driving back to Chicago the following day, even made made sure to fill the tank all the way up free of charge!
I'm not usually one to write reviews, but when it comes to a great company from my home state with such a wonderful staff, you owe it to them to write a great review. Hopefully this review is half as good as their service. If you're looking for a new car (even if your not from Minnesota -I currently live in Chicago) it's absolutely worth it to take whatever steps necessary to get to Minnesota and get your car through Poquet. I've bought cars in several different places (states even) I would definitely say it's worth the trip to get your car from Poquet. They made the process of trading in an old car for new incredibly simple and they had a massive inventory to choose from! The whole thing was done within an hour and a half, as opposed to the usual 3-6 hours other dealerships typically take to have you sign contracts that make them not liable for their own shortcomings. Instead, at Poquet they don't try and trick you into buying the worst car on the lot for an unreasonable price, they simply give you great cars to choose from and help you to get it.

Solid solid vehicle. It is well designed, incredibly comfortable and will most definitely age well. I'm so proud to own this Genesis. It has every bell and whistle that I once thought I could never afford, but this car was such a bargain, I'm still stoked that I was able to afford and own it. I don't know what else is there to say other than it is the best vehicle I've ever owned and I've owned quite a few (15 cars in 18 years). Buy this car, you will not regret it.
We rated excellent for the great quality of work of the Salesman Jack Yanisch, for helping us to have our own purchased used cars. We arrived 4pm last Oct.13,2018. We know that shop closed at 5pm. But we need the car ASAP that day coz' I need to go to work Sunday morning. Jack Yanisch helps us a lot for this. From selecting used cars and helping us the best way to have a financing terms for this. Thank God, with Jack's great help, and the best package for financing terms at Finance Dept. We got our new purchased 2010 Chevrolet Equinox. Done 7pm. We appreciate much Jack Yanisch that he never leave us until we got our new Chevvy car. Keep up the good job well done! I have owned this car for two months and I am pleasantly surprised. I am a pre-retirement age and I needed to move to a bigger, more comfortable car for both commuting and long-distance (750+ miles) driving. A Hyundai car was a no-brainer for me because of reliability and 5-yr 60K miles warranty. So far we owned two Elantras, a Sonata, and a Tucson. Other than normal 5K mile maintenance, I don't think ALL of them together were repaired more than 5-6 times during a 10-yr time period. I chose a standard SE AWD model. For me it is sufficiently equipped and has impressive safety features. I need an AWD version since I drive in a hilly terrain and also in some snowy areas of the Midwest. Negatives first: I was disappointed when I found the car did not have a CD player. My car doesn't come with a satellite radio either. My 2008 Sonata GLS and the standard Elantra had both. However, I managed to solve both problems. Since I had Sirius XM subscription in my traded in Sonata Sirius sent me a free portable XM radio which connects through an AUX jack. I also bought an AIS car CD player for $199 which powers on and connects through one of the front USB ports. They connect to the car radio system and I can easily switch between radio, CD, and XM with one push of a button. I fit them easily into the front console box and secured them by weatherstripping foam so they look like they are a part of the dashboard. The second negative is the automatic engine Stop/Start system. It works as it pleases. Sometimes it shuts the engine immediately upon stop for a second or two but another time keeps it idling for 1-2 minutes at a long red light. The positives are interior space and very comfortable front seats and lots passenger space in the rear. Four USB ports and integrated radio, CD, XM, Android, and phone Bluetooth systems are fun to use. Under the floor rear storage spaces are very handy and I use them often. Rear seats can be reclined which is great. Rear folded seats provide 76 inch of loading space which is nothing to complain about. The 185 HP 2.4L engine provides adequate power although acceleration is rather sluggish. I was pleasantly surprised with gas mileage. 90% of my driving are short 5-10 mile commuting distances. My average mileage so far is 26-27 MPG. Occasional highway driving yields about 31-33 MPG. This is a heavier car yet it's more fuel efficient than Sonata. Large fuel tank allows for up 500+ mile range. My first long-distance test will happen later this month when I plan to drive a 2500 mile stretch across the South and Midwest.
