Justin Mcfadden was my 1st contact who answered all my questions and concerns over the internet, he was awesome! Justin connected me with Nick Sokol from the sales department who took the reigns and continued to answer some more questions and concerns but answered them all and confirmed that I was dealing with the right dealership. We were then working with their finance department who continued taking excellent care of us. The overall experience was exactly what you would expect and want when making a large purchase such as a vehicle. I have had the car for almost three months. I used it when my son’s family and others visited so I often used every seat. I have a Limited Trim with a tow hitch. I got the car for visiting family and also to be able to tow a small to medium sized camper. I have owned many Mercedes, BMW’s, Mini’s and other brands and this is the most luxurious. It is as good or better than the German cars on equipment and comfort, just not as fast. Ventilated seats, three rows of power and heated seats and all the tech you can want, which I love. My favorite is the amazing lane keep assist which practically drives the car by itself and the 360 camera for parking and not hitting things. Try to price a Mercedes or BMW 3-row with the same features and you will be at least $85-90k if not more. You could buy his and hers Palisades for the same money, the Calligraphy even has the massage seats. The car is quiet, smooth and absolutely gorgeous interior. I can afford most any car I want and I personally love the value proposition of this car and the low maintenance costs. The car plays a musical tune every time you close the door like a welcome. All my camping gear fits into the back with room to spare (and third row down). The only quirk is the rain sensing wipers do not seem too sensitive. I don’t mind no wireless Car Play as a plugged in phone stays charged. Once I tow with it I will write another review but if you want this feature know it comes with a hitch, ball, prewired with the wire kit for trailer brakes and a tow mode! That’s pretty cool. Full sized spare, too. If you want luxury, space, lots of seats and good towing capacity run and get one. You don’t need to shop the competition unless it’s the Telluride. I got a great year end deal on mine, too. Hyundai is improving its vehicles every single year. I have had three now (Kona, Tucson and Palisade) and they have all been great. Oh, I have gotten up to 26mpg on the highway but most the time my mileage is exactly like the ratings. As low as teens in the city doing errands. Not bad for a two ton car.

Took our Tucson in for service. Prompt response from our advisor Max. Explained what service was being done. 1 hour and 45 minutes later it was completed. The 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe Plug-In Hybrid has met all of my expectations. A smooth quiet ride and an off-road hunting vehicle all wrapped up in one. Enough power to take me up and through steep passes yet a head turner in the city while cruising along the streets. The interior is comfortable, and the back seat can fold down to haul long pieces of lumber from the home improvement store. This is a cross between a truck and an elegant car. Best thing is I save a lot of money using the electric mode.

We came here 2 years ago and bought an Elantra for my wife and after driving it a few weeks ago ( I had never drove it) I said I have to get me one. I went back to the same salesman Johnny Olsen since he was great the first time. If you come here ask for him and if he?s off that day come back believe you won?t be disappointed on how knowledgeable and friendly he is. If you have ever bought a car at the dealer you know what I?m talking about.

Would recommend this car 100 percent to anyone looking for a mid-sized sedan. The only thing that could be changed is a little bit more headroom and I wish my car sat up higher similar to the way an SUV like a Tucson does.

Traded a Mercedes S Class for the Genesis 4.6 w/tech pkg when it first came out in 2009. Other than one set of tires and a battery...no faults whatsoever. Ride is better than “S” Class. 4.6 lt V8 is smooth and powerful. You simply can’t beat the value.

Wasn’t looking forward to dealing with a sales person, but Suna was great. Very friendly not pushy. He had the car ready for me to test drive. Decided to purchase it. The finance gal was very friendly answered all my questions. Overall it was a good experience.

Quite possible one of the best driving cars i've ridden in. Sleek design, decent ft/lbs of torque, especially in the turbo model. The shifts are incredibly smooth, and have had 0 issues with anything since owning the car. Bought it used, with 70k miles on it, and it still runs incredibly smoothly

Great experience! Christian, our sales contact and a great guy, had the car we were interested in all ready to be seen and test driven when we arrived. Loved the car. My daughter, who the car was for, liked another car a little better and the financing options here didn't work out for her since it was her first car loan. She was able to get better financing at another dealer. That's the only reason for the 4 stars vs. 5.

Only issue i have is my turbo blew at 60k miles good thing its under warranty. Other than that this car is nice to drive.

I began financing this vehicle November of 2021, and it’s been going ever since. The only issue I had with it so far was an engine misfire, new spark plug and coil and I was back on the road. This car is also very fuel efficient and I rarely have to fill up twice in the same week. I don’t recommend using eco mode as I found it ate up more fuel than it was suppose to. The interior is comfortable and spacious, making it easy to load in large grocery runs with the back seats down. The front seats are the most comfortable but are not the worse. I love the sleek look of the exterior and the front grill. Overall this vehicle has been very reliable and worth the money! As a first time Korean car owner (my last car being a Lexus) I will definitely be sticking with Hyundai for the long haul!

I have owned probably 70 plus cars in my 70 years when counting company vehicles. I bought an old 2007 Santa Fe for my kid and loved it … got a 2023 for myself. Bought my Fiancé a 2023 Rav4 hybrid at the same time as I had one in 2021 for myself. This car is much quieter, better ride and a 20% better value. Just look at the warranty difference. Toyota will be losing market share when the word gets out. Hyundai is making a much better value.

The guy I worked the deal with, his name is Bryant and made me feel welcomed. And as someone who normally had either boring or forgetful dealer experiences. I felt a connection on a personal level like we had known each other for a long time but we just met. We like the same music and he made me laugh. I felt he provided a experience that I would only experience at 1 out of every 500 dealerships. I plan to see him again.

We travel alot with 5 adults plus all the luggage. This vehicle is super comfortable, dependable and easy to use. Perfect for our long trips to Arizona! It’s a daily driver for my wife and she loves it. She drives everywhere in Southern California ! Loves it.

This car meets all my needs it is very comfortable especially on long trips. There is plenty of truck room. I have had very few issues with maintenance over the last 2 years and when there was an issue it was handled to my satisfaction.

Love our SEL. Perfect for long road trips with the family, and we've had a few of those. Gear shifter takes a trip or two to get used to, but otherwise, everything else is intuitive. Couldn't be happier with our family mobile.

I have had my 2013 Hyundai Accent since it was new. I change my oil regularly and I've had to get new tires once. It has only 168,000 miles but I drive it daily. Never any issues The only problem I have with it is some rust on the paint from living in the Florida heat. I absolutely love this car. It is my third Hyundai Accent and never had any issues with any of them.

I have bought 2 cars in the last 3 years from them, and all the aspects of having a car are easily managed through the amazing job they do. Every time I have a problem or concern I can count with them.

We have owned our 22’ Palisade for 2 years now and have had some issues but nothing to major. The biggest thing was when it was at the dealership for a cracked radiator. After reading online it was more common than I thought and was happening to other Palisade owners. The only other complaint that I really have is an SUV at this price should have power folding mirrors and have less road noise. Would I buy another one? I’m not sure how to answer that I think it would have been a better investment to go with a Toyota 4Runner.

Great car for the price. The warranty sold me and free oil changes for 3/36k miles. I LOVE IT! Kinda small, but doable in every way. I am a single mom with 2 children and we fit perfectly. Did I mention how awesome the warranty is. :)

So far so good..recently bought a,2022 limited awd..I like the drive and tho the tech took awhile to figure it out it worlks..granted economy could be better and cup holders a bit larger but overall a good value after driven it 5k.
