My wife and I hadn't purchased a vehicle in 20 years, we were due for an upgrade from our 97 4Runner. After extensive research, we decided on a Macan S. We reached out to multiple dealerships via email, Adam from Porsche of Chandler was the first to reply and the most helpful. Subsequently he was always prompt and informative in communicating. Our initial plan of building out a new Macan S didn't work since 2019s weren't yet available and the 2018 run was done. We then changed gears and test drove a used, CPO 2018 GTS in the sapphire blue we were interested in. We fell in love and Adam made the buying experience as minimally painful as possible. Adam was professional, knowledgeable and non-pressured. Helps when what you're selling is such a high quality product. We appreciated Adam and Ginger staying late on Friday night to help finalize the purchase (with no pushy upselling). When the car was ready (after window tinting and detailing), Adam delivered it to our house in North Scottsdale (40 minutes away), in time for us to take it up to Sedona for Thanksgiving. That confirmed their commitment to high end customer service. And our new blue stallion is fantastic! Few things in life live up to the expectations, our Macan GTS exceeded them.

This car has met my expectations 100%. In addition the dealership has been fantastic during the purchase and subsequent routine service visits. As a long time Ford owner I’ve discovered I can get everything I had in my previous cars, plus. My next car will be another Hyundai, and my dealership will be Shawnee Mission Hyundai.

This vehicle is a piece of junk do not buy. 2 engine replacements bad hoses and possibly the tranny going already. Only good thing is the free towing for 100k so you can drop this junker off at the nearest Hyundai for repairs.
Brandon was very helpful in getting our 2013 Elantra in, even without an appointment. He also checked (successfully) for the existence of an extended warranty so that we only needed to pay the $100 deductible at pick up. Thanks!

An AWD Mini Countryman was on the agenda. Spoke to Frank the week before and he guaranteed me they had two. When I entered the showroom, there it was: gorgeous, filled with the amenities I was looking for and the price range I had expected. All of the associates we dealt with were super friendly. We had been looking for an SUV that we could just slide in and out without much effort. We have had multiple joint replacements and it's not easy getting in and out of something low or high. This Tuscon is great for us! My husband researched a lot of SUV's on the market. Price, headroom, looks, safety, and the excellence ratings for the dealership are what sold us.
Dustin and Jordan got it done all the way around. I was working with them on a deal for a base 2018 cx-5 touring in red and black interior. They didn???t have one on the lot so they looked around for one. Although they couldn???t find one initially the very next morning I get a text from Dustin saying they found one and will do a dealer swap for me. Dustin goes down and gets the car for me and gets it looking shiny. Dustin and Jordan get our paperwork done before we go down to the dealer to speed things along and when we get down there they are friendly as can be. Everything went super smooth. Even Corrie in financing was super friendly, easy going and honest . Just as an example we but a large down payment so she(Corrie) straight up told us we didn???t need gap insurance and didn???t even try to offer it to us. As for the deal. Let???s just say I would???ve payed more for the same car used. It was a smoking deal! Next car we buy will be a Mazda and it will defenetly be with cardinaleway mazda in Mesa all thanks for the great straight up service Dustin, Jordan, Corrie and manager Matt gave us!

This car is comfortable to drive and it is good on gas mileage. I bought this car new and it still is fun to drive.
I contacted LeSueur regarding a Toyota Tacoma. I received a response from Kyle and promptly replied with the information I requested. This SUV never stops impressing me with the way it handles the weather & terrain that I drive it in & on . I have the Limited so it does a LOT of things others don’t . The headlights moving around the turns & up & down the hills helps me see much better then regular lights have on other cars . I’m handycaped so the comfort of the vehicle has surpassed my expectations. I Love this Tucson more everyday.

I previously drove the 2006 Tucson and it gave me years of reliable service. The 2017 Tucson is a vastly improved model, with a much smoother ride and features like Bluetooth, charge ports for electronics, options for multiple radio stations and a one-touch system to raise and lower the back seats. The cargo space is much better and more spacious, although the overall dimensions of the car are roughly the same. I can put a piece of plywood in the back deck or comfortably transport five adults. I can split the seats and pack my skis and still have lots of room in the back seat.

We really liked he way it handled on the road going from a bigger SUV it was great. So much so we decided to buy one.
I was looking at buying a car from this dealership. I was dealing with the Sales Manager and Lorie Ceal, Public Relations Director. I was amazed by how friendly and informative both of them were. I have been to their Ford side for service and was also pleased with the service as well. I did not end up buying a car because I decided to go with a different brand that I personally liked better. But I would recommend that you visit this dealership if you are interested in a Hyundai.

This car was meeting my needs but just went over 100000 miles and it is in shop with Motor issues beware. I only had it 3 and half years and still paying on it and now I don't even have a car to drive.
Bought a new 2018 Hyundai Elantra from this dealership and was very satisfied with quality of detail and service. I received a fair price and my trade-in was equally fair priced. Follow-up was excellent, as well as the presentation from the salesman. I would definitely go back for another vehicle.

I lease the car from Lex, I’ve had it for 2 years now and I’ve had nothing but problems with this vehicle, the car has had 3 gear boxes and still doesn’t work properly, today it got stuck in second as I entered a motorway. I’ve also been locked in the car with my family and I was locked out of the car with my 2 year old daughter stuck inside.
Hyundai have completely dismissed me.
I’m terrified that the car will catch fire and my family will be stuck inside the car.

My wife and I were looking to expand to a bigger vehicle. The Tucson was an easy choice. It’s a great looking design, plenty of seating, plenty of trunk space, and awesome on gas mileage. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase. The only thing that was a downer is the Hyundai 100k mile warranty is non-applicable to the second owner.
James is an awesome salesman and person, he was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. Very attentive to our needs.

I love the convenience features in this vehicle, and I'm still discovering new ones. The ride is good, and I feel safer in this vehicle than I did in my previous one. The styling is fantastic; I just love the look, and I'm always checking out other brands, but they can't compare. I never thought I'd buy a white vehicle, but when I saw this white Tucson, I was blown away - it looked to me like a sharp tuxedo, only white with black trim. Sharper than sharp!
1, The salesman Jeremy was very, very knowledgeable on the car and all around with the process.
2. salesman was very thorough with explaining all features of the car, the steps we went through with the paperwork, and explained what he was doing with each step.
3. everyone was very punctual and prepared as we flew in from another state.

This car is nicer then I was expecting. Could be quieter inside. Would also like to have the backup camera feature. Other then that a zippy SUV!
