I contacted Berman Infiniti at 4:00pm on a Wednesday. This was after having horrible experiences shopping for cars earlier in the week. I had visited a local Mercedes dealership (who was awful) and (unsuccessfully) attempted five times (throughout the day) to contact a local Audi dealership. Someone picked up the phone and transferred me over to Addy. I told him what was up; I had already picked out the car I wanted to see. I told him I was ready to buy a car and was serious about financing through the dealership, but that they would have to beat the financing deal I had already received through the bank. I then told him what I planned to put down on the car and that I would be there in 90 minutes. "See you at 5:30" was his response. Upon arrival, we used the complimentary valet (which sounds gimmicky, but it's in the heart of downtown Chicago...) and got right down to it. Within 15 minutes we were in the seat of the car I had told Addy I was interested in. After a test-drive we sat down and began the financing. Their terms were favorable, so I decided to move forward. Within two hours of arrival I left Berman Infiniti behind the wheel of my Q50. The process was painless and I never felt pressured to buy anything, including the car itself. They even cut me a deal on the extended warranty, which, again, sounds cheesy, but it was a pretty generous deal to further protect my CPO Q50. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or CPO Infiniti. Make sure you ask for Addy!
