Dan my service advisor was fantastic. Although I live out of state and Infiniti of Cincinnati is not my primary dealer Dan took great care of me. I flew out of the Cincinnati airport for a 2 week trip to Europe. He arranged to pick up my QX80 at the airport and had it ready to go when I returned.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

This is the second Infiniti automobile we have purchased through this dealer. ALL their staff is excellent and go that extra distance to make your new car purchase comfortable. When I compared other dealers pricing within an 350 mile radius, Infinti of Cincinnati's prices could not be beat. The finance department is honest, straight up, and they play no games with adding extra cost on at the end like most dealers like....."Prep Fee's", "Documentation Fee's" "Advertising Fee's" and "Transfer Fee's. Once again, I was absolutely floored with the offers on our trade in's. We were given $1000 or more for our trade in's than I ever thought I would receive. Infiniti of Cincinnati is the only car dealer I will ever buy an Infiniti again although I have a closer dealer. I will drive that extra hour or two to do business with them exclusively.
Strongly recommend Kings Honda. Have leased, bought and serviced many cars from Kings Honda. We love how they try to please the customer. From Andy French the GM to Trish Woodward the salesperson who spent many hours with us to Dustin who took the time to call my wife the day after we leased we again are thrilled with our experience.
I found our new RX350L using cars.com. Nikki contacted me and we worked out a deal. I drove 5.5 hours to the dealership. Upon arrival Nikki had everything ready to go. I was pleasantly surprised that the deal was exactly as we discussed and there were no miscellaneous up charges. If there would have been I would have left instantly. I didn’t pass an employee at the dealership without receiving a sincere greeting. There was also a very nice waiting area with refreshments. My purchase experience was simple and quick. Nikki even arranged for my rental car to be picked up. Even this dealership is 5.5 hrs away I will definitely give them an opportunity to make the deal on my next Lexus.
Have to thank the people at Luxury Imports alot. I saw a BMW X5 I was interested in at their lot, I went there the same day and talked with them and I actually ended up leaving with the car that same day. They went above and beyond to give me the absolute best deal they could for the car. I also have to thank them for helping me beyond what they had to. After having the car for a day I realized it had a coolant leak. I went back the next day and they were very nice about it and had the car fixed that same day for me and now I have no problems. I very much will be coming back in the future and I recommend you definitely checking them out!
Andrew was great! I came in two hours before closing and was provided with awesome customer service and was walked through every step. He made sure to fix a couple minor issues before letting me take the car off the lot. Very knowledgeable and kind. Thanks again!
On August 18, 2018 I purchased a new Kia Niro from Andrew Thornberry. At the completion of the purchase he informed me that the parts department was closed so he would send my second key to me through the mail. Three months, several phone calls, four emails and one letter later, l still don't have my second key. This is not a simple process of having a key cut, because my car is push to start, the key has to be programmed, and the key itself is a $150 investment plus the programming cost.
We drove 142 miles with a deal in place prior to arrival. The process went smoothly. The vehicle will go through a detail and the vehicle will be delivered to. my location. That is great customer service!
