Used 2017 INFINITI Q50 for Sale in Baltimore, MD

I was referred to Anthony by my best friends mom. I was in a tough position with my 2003 Chevy Trailblazer. After speaking with Anthony he educated me by informing me that my Trailblazer was discontinued and finding parts for the vehicle would be difficult to find and more importantly it would be costly. He was correct however I love my truck and I don't want to change it but after looking at the overall cost it just makes since to utilize my approval and go pick up my vehicle... Thank you for educating me and being so patient with me.

I've only had it for a month but so far it's been a great car and it's a very comfortable ride. Gas mileage is pretty good. I'm getting 23 miles to the gallon on mixed highway and street driving.

So i was looking for a pre-owned VW Golf R, and i called around and when i called Heritage Preowned in Parkville i was greeted by Mr. Michael Lanci, and he said we dont have any but let me search come to find out they just recieved 1 in on trade it hadnt even been put in the system yet, i had to see this car! It had super low miles, Was kept very clean by previous owner, and the price was right! i mean comparable 2015/2016 Golf R???s with a few thousand more miles was even 2-3K more, they were at the bottom of the KBB and Truecar Value, they were awesome and had the Sales manager Mr. Woody Batts contact me immedietly and we spoke about the car, and literally within 3 days i was there for a test drive, and then the negotiations came, and they were very fair, i traded in a 09 Civic Si, which Carmax usually gives the best prices was quoted 4K with a check engine light on, they came back said we can give you 3,500 i said well if you can match this trade in value its a deal, within less than 5 minutes my demand was met, then to finalize the deal because i wanted the car (CPO) which is $1,400 they worked with me and got 33% off of that, and doing so the car had 4 brand new tires and brake pads put on, this car is beautiful i am so so happy and they were a pleasure to deal with i would not hesitate to send anyone their way, my dad even purchased his brand new Dodge Ram 2500 from them said great things as well! Mike and Woody are stand up guys and worked with me, and we made it happen and im extremly happy with my purchase, they are even getting me a free bottle of some Tornado Red touch up paint for a little chip from road hazards so i can make her looking new again, I highly highly reccomend you give them a call and they will make you feel at home! When looking for a car, I narrowed it down to a Q50 Sport, an IS350 F-Sport, and an Acura TLX A-Spec. None of them were perfect to me, but the Q50 was the closest. Great performance, comfortable, and definitely a luxury car. I would have preferred a Red Sport, but they are rare, and significantly more expensive, with the only difference being in horsepower.

This car has met all my expectations and in one category exceeded, gas mileage. In my case this car is getting 26.7 mpg combination of city and highway driving with the 3.0 T 300 hp engine.

Quick summary: Began researching QX60s two weeks ago. Registered for the Vehicle Purchase Program through my company. The program directed me to several dealerships. Greg Shields reached out promptly from Sheehy Annapolis. Given my wife and my schedule we planned to purchase Memorial Day weekend. We reached out to Greg on a Saturday; he scheduled us to come in on Monday. Here's where the magic began. We arrive at 10am Monday with a rambunctious set of kids (5 and 7) in tow. Dennis Hunt graciously opened the door and helped get us set up in the very well-equipped and clean customer waiting area. I found out later that Dennis is a fraternity brother of mine (Omega Psi Phi); that made his politeness even more understandable :-) Greg came and greeted my family and me and got us started. He walked us methodically through each step of the process. Put us in an amazing 2016 QX60 and guided us on a comprehensive test drive. Every question was answered and he was very kind to my kids who asked the occasional random, off-beat questions that 5 and 7 year olds ask. We got back to the dealership, Greg built us the specific vehicle we were looking for, then we got down to brass tacks. The price discussion was stress free, direct, and honest. Greg offered us several options and took our financial considerations into serious regard. He got us to where we wanted to be in terms of price, financing, and monthly payment. We met with the Finance Manager at 12:30 and were on our way by 1:15. No muss, no fuss. Here are a few kickers: 1. Every single person we came in contact with was genuinely polite and kind. I mean EVERYONE. The receptionist, the other sales consultants (everyone we ran across congratulated us and Ed was great and set the tone upon our first arriving), the sales manager (who was cooking out on the grill and prepared hot dogs and hamburgers for my family), the cashier (who let my kids munch on snacks in the customer waiting area and didn't mind that were all over the place). We did not encounter a single poor or fake attitude. 2. The dealership is immaculate and is designed with the customer in mind. It was comfortable and offered complimentary refreshments that were awesome. 3. Last but not least - Greg Shields was AMAZING. We will be customers of his as long as he is selling automobiles. Greg made our buying experience the very best we have ever had. We discussed it the entire way home from Annapolis to Gaithersburg. He is a class act and a consummate professional. I will recommend every single person I know looking to purchase a vehicle to Greg at Sheehy. I came into purchase a Q50 infinity. Great car, and great service. Greg was awesome and was friendly and efficient. He even entertain my busy 4 year old son . This place makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. I will definitely see them in 3 years when I purchase my next vehicle. Finance manager (Bing)was great as well . The vehicle is well designed. Interior cockpit is excellent. Since I purchased the vehicle in Oct. 2018-it's too early to determine realability. Did have an alignment issue after purchase which dealer corrected. Unfortunately even though I had an extended warranty, they charged me for the realignment.

Dennis Hunt is the best salesman I've ever had when buying a car. His demeanor is calm, pleasant and very humbling. I've know him for 8+ years and every time I see him he is the same today as he was when we first met. I bought my wife a car in July 2015, when I came in to get an oil change.... then I sold my 2006 QX56, and told Dennis I'll be back later in the year to buy a truck.. No pressure calls, no haggle and no sales pitch.. When I was ready I just told him let's go for a test drive and what I wanted in my deal and the rest is history.. I truely appreciate the car buying process at Sheehy Infiniti... I'll be back in a few years :-)

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. The trade-in of my 2013 G37 for a new 2016 Q50 this weekend was the 5th vehicle I have purchased from Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis and Dennis Hunt. There's a reason I keep coming back (and the cars are only a piece of it). Sheehy's customer service, attention to detail, and overall willingness to go out of their way to ensure my needs are met each and every time is unparalleled. This time around, I had arranged with Dennis to test drive the new Q60 Red Sport that had been delivered to the dealer the day prior in the hopes of comparing it to the Q50 Red Sport, and as always he did not disappoint. Suffice it to say, there is a 400hp beast of a sedan in my garage at the moment because Dennis, Chris, and the entire Sheehy team in Annapolis go above and beyond when it comes to their customers. For me, their professionalism and attentiveness will keep me coming back again and again! I cannot recommend this dealership, Dennis, Chris, and the entire sales enough! If you're in the market for a vehicle (new or used...I've bought both here), I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

The 3.0 Q50 premium has all the sport/luxury features that I value. Compared to my outgoing 2015 428i, it has more power, more comfortable seats, more safety features and a much better audit system. Once I got accustom to the DAS system and got it adjusted to my liking, I think it is great for normal driving. Interior quality is just as good as my outgoing 428I, the leather seats actually seem better. This car will move, stays flat in the corners and looks great going down the road. Run flats are a bit stiff, but almost all cars in this class come with run flats.

What can i say about HARLEY! He is super professional and got me exactly what I wanted. I was looking for a 2011 Infiniti G37x and even though they don???t make the G series anymore, Harley found me the perfect coupe! The process was smooth and i felt really comfortable with him. I am in love with my car and whenever i need something; night or day. I can always shoot Harley a text and he???s always so helpful and informative. I???m in the process of purchasing a second vehicle and I???m coming to JBA Ellicott City just to see Harley!

Great car! Owned a BMW and this car is no push over. Fast and effective. The only bad things are the run flats and no air condition seats! I highly recommend!!

Friendly greetings from a beat after I walked in, I was checked in on multiple times while I was there waiting by different agents (offered water, sofa, coffee, and conversation), I loved the comfortable lounge space, and everything was clear up front from the get go. Don't even get me started on my car-- the interior previously looked like I had been giving rides to livestock, and now it looks fresh off the show room floor. Couldn't be happier and I feel like I got it for a steal :) Trust'em! You won't regret it.

Love the look. The way it drives. So sleek. I upgraded from a Nissan to an Infinity. The brakeing system is excellent and the dashboard has a luxury feel and look to it.

I took my car to Bob Bell Ford for routine service and because my check engine light had randomly come on, even though nothing seemed to be different/wrong with my car. Little did I know that I would end up needing $2700 in unexpected repairs/service. Robin (service representative I corresponded with throughout the process) was extremely helpful and pleasant; she made an otherwise stressful experience go extremely smoothly and positively. The work was done quickly (dropped the car off Monday knowing they couldn't do a diagnostic test til Tuesday, picked it up Thursday evening despite the fact that they found an additional issue after the initial repairs on Wednesday). I could immediately feel and hear a difference once I picked the car up. They did a fabulous job throughout the entire process.

No complaints or concerns at this time. My car is sleek, color is nice, very comfortable love the speed. It’s roomy, the sound system is nice as well. So many apps and features.

Salesman Scott Baumgardner was extremely knowledgeable about the in's and outs of the cars on his lot. He listened to my needs and wants in a car. I will definitely look fo him again for my auto purchases.

This is a good overall car. Power is great. Features are a little difficult to navigate. Style is great. It is a very pretty car.

Fun car to drive. I have only had it for three weeks, but I do love it. It is sporty and responsive and handles very well.

On Saturday, April 9, 2016 met up with salesperson Ali, Our intention was to just look at a truck but we ended up driving off the lot with a Ford 150. Road in a brand new Q50 with a friend who had it as a rental. I was astounded at the amount of road noise in the cabin and all windows were up. Had to raise our voices to talk above the road noise. Shocked because I've always heard that Infinitiy's are great luxury cars. I'll stick with my Ford Explorers...they are dead quiet.
