Honestly I hate the car buying process it feels always so slimy and everyone is just out to try and screw you over from the sales guy to the sales manager to of course the finance manager. But you know what there is hope again for me I can’t believe it. From the moment I stepped foot I was greeted by the nicest person Eli and at that point I knew I was in good hands. Eli has to be the kindest and most genuine sales person I have ever met in my life. He really did want what was in our best interest. Then he brings out the sales manager Fred! First thought in my head great I got to hear some stupid sales pitch on why my trade in isn’t worth anything and some stupid low ball amount. Nope far from! He politely asked if he can take some pictures and test drive the car. Fast forward now Eli and Fred comes back after we run credit and I was like great now they are going to give us the I need X amount down because of blah blah blah. But no!!! He was like let’s make it work what can you do I told him what I could do and he pulled his strings to make it happen! Now moving on to the finance manager I really can’t stand them try and sell me every warranty under the sun. But nope Edgar was just so real about it all didn’t force me to buy it and try and make me feel bad like oh you don’t buy it what if this and this and all this crap. Look let’s just put it this way when I’m in the market for a car again this will be the first dealer I check to see if they have what I’m looking for and if they don’t I will ask and see if they can get it as simple as that! Look for Eli sales! Then ask to work with Fred sales manager and of course Edgar for your financing I promise you promise!!! You won’t regret it!

Hello there. This is my first time driving a twin-turbo vehicle. I must say, I am quite impressed with the power and performance of this car. It feels similar to the power of my previous vehicles, a 2020 PP2 5.0 Premium and a 2022 5.0 Premium with 460 horsepower. The all-wheel drive launches are particularly enjoyable, and the car handles nimbly in traffic. I appreciate the spacious and comfortable interior of the Q50. It feels like a luxurious living room, and the 16-speaker Bose sound system provides beautiful and clear sound. I often find myself sitting in the car just to listen to music. Overall, I am very pleased with the Infiniti Q50. It is a powerful, comfortable, and enjoyable car to drive. I am glad I finally decided to purchase one, and I do not think I will ever part with it. Had the privilege on working with Mark Sanchez and I?m short of words on how outstanding my buying experience was. Mark was courteous, professional and timely on his response with my online inquiry. Straight forward and completely transparent with the vehicle. By the time I drove to the dealership to test drive the vechile was already detailed and prep ready for me to bring the vehicle home. The car is great everything about it but the entertainment system is garbage. It’s costing me over 3 grand to replace it. It just stop working. And from doing my research the company knows that this a PROBLEM. And theirs no help for me as a customer. I love my car but 3 grand for a radio is ridiculous. Infiniti should replace all radio systems for free or have some type of copay.

This is one of the largest CarMax that I've been to and they have quite a selection of cars. The salesperson was not pushy and were very friendly. Love the roominess inside and the way it drives so much that I purchased a second time. It has more noise than some, but I don't find it unpleasant and it is much improved from prior years. Tested another car that was so quiet that it felt strange. I like a little sound when driving. Find it soothing actually. This car feels much roomier inside than others.

Owned this Q50 for a couple of years. It handles well and gets me the looks that I like. I keep my cars impeccably clean so that I get complimented on the looks of my car a lot. I got the 2.0T, it has adequate horsepower for running on the highway and passing but gets me great gas mileage on my trips. This is my 2nd Infiniti and I think I will always choose the brand.

This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.

The 18 Q50 is the favorite car I've owned. It is top of it's class in performance. All wheel drive system works great in winter. My only complaint about this car is the size of cup holders, which is trivial.

While the Q50 isn't without faults, it is as much bang for the buck as there is on the road. The rear seats and trunk could use a little more room...but kick this thing in gear and it will scream. Lots of torque and plenty of hp. Put it in Sport Mode at your own risk, because it will get away from you if not careful! This is my third Q50 - not one has ever been in the shop for any repair. If you want a finicky-free car that is fun to drive- without dropping 60 or 65 grand, check this out.

My husband and I had been dealing with Blake and made an appointment with him but when we got there, he was ill and out of the office. We were directed to Corbin Patel. From the moment we met him we were treated great. He is a very professional young man. Everything that Blake had promised to us, he honored. We have NEVER had such ease to buying a new car. Even after leaving the dealership a few days, I had some questions and he was very quick to answer them for me.

Beautiful car. Many good features. Bought certified used. Rear brakes had to be replaced 9 months after I bought it. Had only driven it for 2000 miles. We’re the breaks missed when being certified? Don’t know but the dealership replaced when asked to do so at no cost buT we had to insist it was their problem no ours. Also had to have the front rotors replaced (we weren’t charged. The only problem I had was the dealership wouldn’t give us a receipt to prove the work was done.

This car has been great so far, lots of safety, decent amount of tech some of it a little dated, the car is pretty quick with the twin turbos, it drives and handles great. Interior is comfy with a fair amount of legroom and a decent amount of trunk space.

This dealership is wonderful, mostly became of my experience with Jacob!!! He is very welcoming and explains every detail of the vehicle, gives us time to say our thoughts concerns, let us test drive over 10+ vehicles in one day. And is then we found the one we liked which was a Toyota Corolla. He insured everything was good and made sure the mechanic on site re inspected the car. He gave us the best deal and worked with our insurance that was very difficult. Overall the car runs super good no issues what so ever. One thing I liked the most was how he texted us for two months to make sure everything was okay and following up with us. I would recommend this dealership only because of Jacob. !!!

I recently bought a Lexus after crashing mine. My salesman was so nice he was able to navigate me through it all. I felt take care of & made to feel comfortable in my purchase.

This car should be at the top of everyone's list who is looking for a compact sports Sedan. Have driven a variety of cars and this one outperforms the Audi, the Lexus IS350, the Lexus GS350, and has much more headroom and overall cabin space than the IS350. The infotainment system is not overly complicated, and the engine and drop won and breaks all respond well. The styling is sleek and aggressive while maintaining aerodynamics. If you can keep your foot out of the throttle and resist the urge to listen to the Symphony created by 330 horses coming out of 3.7 liters at 7500 rpm, then you will be rewarded with over 30 miles a gallon on the highway. The court is a little smallish on the inside, but the engineers did a good job at making sure every ants counted. The cup holders are smallish and there is not an abundance of storage in the globox or the console, but it is overall a great vehicle and the best part was it did not take long to get my wife on board.

So far i have never had a problem with this car. I love my car, its the best. It has different drive modes like sports standard etc. It also drives very good in snow. I also get great miles to the gallon.
