I inquired about a vehicle. Troy responded quickly answered my questions text me some additional pictures. Most importantly he didn't call me over and over trying to push me in the vehicle. I live 4 hours from the dealership he told me he would have me breakfast if I drove up.
I love everything about this dealership. They are the gold standard for all Volvo Service teams. I purchased my car from another dealer, but will not take it back there ever, having worked with Volvo of Richmond. The service professionals keep you informed of the nature, expense and timing of the appointment. The shuttle team is punctual and personable, and the car comes back in great shape. Kudos all around. Special note that the dealership sent an email overview of the condition of the car, followed by an email and phone call post service. Great team.
If you're like me and I dread going to buy a car, especially a used car, go see Antoine. Low pressure, polite, and you can tell he's just a good man. He let the car do the talking and let me make the decision. Gave me plenty of time and space, held the car for me for a day while a made my decision, and made the buying process easy once I made my choice. I would definitely go there again!

I have nothing but praise for this dealership and it's employees, which are all second to none. A couple of year ago I've purchased my first used vehicle at this dealership, not knowing WHAT to expect of a used vehicle, but gave it a shot as I gifted my Camry to my daughter to use at college. The vehicle inspection on this vehicle was so thorough, that in all my years driving the Tuscon I had not a single days of trouble with it. My only expense was filling up with gas, the annual oil replacement and a one-time brake and battery replacement. When I was in the market for another vehicle, I immediately thought about Pearson Mazda due to my previous experience and their track record. I did not regret it. After multiple test drives and comparison research between the Tuscon, Rav-4 and XR-5, I've decided on the Mazda XR-5 and cannot be happier with my choice or the most impressive and effective customer service provided by James Balsamo, Joseph Jackson and Kevin Johnson. Appointment was at 4 - did not leave til 6:30 Answer about heating system to technical so I was unable to conprend and walked away Charged different price then quoted Usually give you a quick wash. Was never asked not was done
