I had a wonderful experience taking my car in for some long overdue service. I was made aware that it would take a couple of hours to complete, and I didn't want to spend all that time at the dealership. Not being an app savvy person that uses Lyft and/or Uber services, I had asked my son to take me to the nearby mall while the car was being worked on. Unfortunately, he wasn't available. He did mention to ask the dealership for a courtesy vehicle. After dropping off my car and before I even had the chance to ask about a courtesy vehicle, Jessie had asked if I would like to be taken to the mall. This made my day, much easier than filling out paperwork for a loaner. On top of taking me to the mall, they called to let me know when the work was done, and where they would pick me up. I'm so happy I purchased my car at Ziegler Ford.

Since the time I started this car for the first time at the dealer it has had nothing but problems. On that initial start up the A/C system in the car sounds like a jumbo jet trying to take off but can’t (you can even hear it over the radio) and guests always ask me "what’s wrong with your car’". The salesperson told me ’don’t worry about that, service will fix it’. The service department told me they could not fix it because "they all make this noise and Infiniti knows it". Next the car grabs every rut in the road and flies all over the place and when I say flies I mean this way beyond a safety concern & problem even gets worse when braking and again I was told this is a characteristic of the vehicle and nothing wrong was detected. In addition, there is abuzz noise when driving the car that you can hear over the radio but the dealer says they can’t hear it and they can’t fix it. I could go on and on about how bad this car is but to tell you the truth I have already wasted so much of my time on trying to get this car fix and trying to get Infiniti the car company to do something about it (which they won't & they have told me this one 3 different occasions) I just can’t stand this car anymore and I shouldn’t have to. If you want all the potential problem you can handle and then some’’.buy one of these cars. I thought this was going to be a great, fast, and cool car but all it turned out to be was a huge waste of my time and money. Sincerely, a three time new Infiniti buyer and owner (also a totally disgusted customer of Infiniti).
I initially found the car here on cars.com and was contracted by Andrew Weiss who works for Dreyer and Reinbold. From start to finish it couldn't have been an easier experience. He wasn't pushy or rude but very friendly and informative, answering any questions I had. I would 100% recommend both this dealership and Andrew.

I had an excellent car shopping experience at Infiniti of CC. My salesman, Moe, is a genuinely good person. He’s very knowledgeable in all aspects of Infiniti vehicles, he was respectful and patiently answered all my questions. I highly recommend Infiniti of Coconut Creek.
Came here to see a used 2016 V60 Volvo Wagon. This was our first time at the dealership and have never owned a Volvo. I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and atmosphere here. Our Salesman Thomas Ford was great. Very pleasant and professional. Everyone here was very easy to work with. We had a great experience and love our car. We will be back.
If zero stars was an option, that would better describe the service provided by this dealership. Not only did they make me an appointment for body work with a loaner vehicle and then tell me that I couldn't keep the loaner vehicle during the body service (because their body shop is in Cranberry....not sure what that has to do with anything) but also said they wouldn't be able to do the body work until the following week. To make everything even worse, when I took my car elsewhere for an estimate, I was told that the previous repair done by the dealership was terrible and would require more work and money to repair in order to fix the shoddy job. I bought a luxury car for a reason.....the first benefit if owning an Infiniti on the Infiniti USA website is service and courtesy vehicles.....neither of which this dealership provides. I will go out of my way in the future to never give business to any Cochran dealership and let everyone I know to do the same. The dealership has contacted me and is trying to make this right and being very accommodating. More to come.....
My car buying experience at the Infiniti of Silver Spring was exceptional. The sales person (Mike Goldring) greeted me in such a friendly and professional manner. I previously visited other Infiniti dealerships, but none of them impressed me more than Infiniti of Silver Spring. My salesperson was able to acomodate my request, and I am very pleased with my new 2016 QX60. I feel as though I am driving in a luxurious vehicle. Unlike other Infiniti dealerships, I receive a free car hand washing at any time. If you are seeking to purchase a new or leased vehicle, I recommend that you visit Infiniti of Silver Spring, and experience the quality customer service .

I did focus on buying a specific model with the features I wanted and took me 4 months and way across country. I wanted the Q70S with a variety of add on packages. I also wanted the 5.6 V8, hard to find, and also many of these come with dark interior. I wanted Black with light interior. Found one, took 4 months and 2300 miles away BUT worth the wait and transportation.
The rating I gave was very good because this experience was an exceptional one and the first time with a luxury vechicle and top rated dealership. I was recommended to the Pepe Infinity dealership my a family member who does business there and I will refer others to that dealership as well in the future.
I love my new Infinity QX60. Tom, our sales agent, was helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone that I encountered had a smile on their face and went out of their way to make sure I was happy and well taken care of.

We've had our Q70S AWD for a year. Distinctive styling both exterior and interior. Great build quality, feels very solid. Quiet as a mouse even with large tyres. Some thrumming road noise, engine spirited, gravelly growl when you step on the gas pedal.
Quite extraordinary MPG of 23 overall. Airport Infiniti look after her and her needs. Just Detailed by Airport Infiniti and looks better than new. I expect to keep this girl for a long time :-) "

The title would be correct for this vehicle, I enjoyed a 2015 Q50 Lease, then I decided to purchase this vehicle, which completely turned me off on Infiniti's Brand now, To begin with the car is very sluggish, poorly accelerates, and at other times it drives normally with good acceleration, with 2 different dealers looking at the vehicle, NO TECH, can seem to find out whats wrong with it (NO CODES SET) Accelerating onto the freeway in front of a Tractor trailer only to find that the car will not accelerate and to get it to move I must go to WOT (wide open throttle) and then it's still slow, this vehicle is dangerous to drive you never know exactly how it's going to perform, so I stay in the slow lane.
Went in to Infiniti of Warwick to check out the new QX50. Was very satisfied with the car & made a purchase with Steve Romjue. Highly recommend him - a smooth easy transaction. No pressure and works with you to make things happen. AAA+++

I bought the Q70 new in 2015 when its exterior was mildly refreshed. I have thoroughly enjoyed it. It is not the fanciest, flashiest lux boat out there, but it commands respect and always turns heads on the interstate and in parking lot. Mine is black with a tan interior. The car is very sporty when it needs to be, and when the cruise control is set, its a comfort cruiser. The vehicle could use an overhaul though, as its bones are ~10 years old. Infiniti knows this, so the current model can be bought with heavy discounts. I look forward to seeing the next iteration of Infiniti's flagship sedan.

I love everything about this car and can't seem to understand why there isn't more of them on the road! I think people often times overlook this car and go with the typical BMW or Audi.. Not me. I upgraded from an 09 M35, and couldn't be happier. TEST DRIVE this beautiful car before you make a mistake by buying one of these other guys!
I had the opportunity to work with both Shane and Andy in helping me pick out my new used grand Cherokee. The experience was wonderful with great attention to detail in customer service, answering all my questions and making the experience of buying a car a pleasure. I recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a car new or used.

It's very reliable and valuable car while It still has its performance. I did not have any small mechanical problems yet.
Service included a dashboard removal. Some delays due to parts issues but, as usual, the Service Department did a great job. Not cheap but done right.

This vehicle has a premium performance experience but very expensive on maintenance. After the 100k mile mark you're on your own. Drives great and 5.6x engine with transmission are perfectly mated for great acceleration.
