He was patient and took his time going over each aspect of the vehicle. Richard accompanied my son and I as we test drove the vehicle and he took the opportunity to share more details about the car. After this experience I was sold. I did not expect to drive home with my car the same day. I thought I would have to come back in the week to pick it up because it was Sunday and other essential staff were not there. Kevin, who handled the tags was not there. To make sure I drove home with the car the same day he was called in. He walked through the door with a smile after coming in on his day off. They really put customers first! What more can you ask for? This encounter left me feeling like I made the right decision purchasing my car from this establishment. I arrived as a stranger and left as a friend!
