I contacted LeSueur regarding a Toyota Tacoma. I received a response from Kyle and promptly replied with the information I requested. I met Kyle the next day and he was very nice and we felt very comfortable. I highly recommend LeSueur Car Company, the sales experience was excellent and no pressure. Our recent purchase of a Toyota Sequoia was the third best auto purchase we have experienced. The first and second best auto purchases were also at LeSueur Motors with Kris LeSueur. Why go anyplace else? LeSueur Motors offers good quality automobiles at a fare price with no hassle or no high pressure. The customer service is outstanding and I feel comfortable doing business at LeSueur Motors because they are trustworthy and dedicated to making the automobile purchase a pleasant experience. Kris took much extra time to help me set up the phone, voice recognition, etc.. He recognized that I needed a little help in that area. Thanks, Kris. I like the family friendly atmosphere.
Staff was very courteous, and attentive to covering all my questions. Never felt rushed or pressured. Negotiations were ok, if you???ve done your research, and know what you want they are fairly straight forward.
Made an appointment at another dealership for a lube and oil, other dealership took 20 minutes before they even greeted me for my appointment, then gave me a ridiculous quote for an oil change. Said thanks for waiting my time and hauled over to Coulter Infiniti. I apologized for just dropping in and asked if it was possible to get an oil change done that day. Scott said sure and squeezed me in, said it would be an hour and a half to 2 hours. By the time I was done talking with him my car was in the air, and was completed just shy of an hour, including the wash. I appreciate the service greatly and will return, with an appointment of course.
My service experience was excellent. Aaron Zemko was my Rep and he handled the entire process very professionally. From ordering the parts for my G35 to getting everything needed. I am very satisfied that the work was done properly and professionally. As always you guys shine !!!

I had an "mishap" with the leather on my passenger side door (dog crate edge meets leather and creates HOLE) Coulter Infiniti totally accommodated me and resolved within 2 hours. Coulter Infinity in Mesa I???ve had really bad luck with dealerships here in Arizona. I've dealt with quite a few dealerships that were dishonest and they didn???t value their customers. I am dealing with a brand new car that is turning out to be another lemon. I had to do some research and take my Infiniti to another dealership to get some honest work done. I discovered Coulter Infiniti in Mesa. I have to say wow, they actually treating me like a customer and a human being. They did everything I ask them to do and they did their best to fix my car. They kept me up-to-date, they gave me a loaner car. I have to tell you the experience was absolutely amazing. I love the fact that Coulter is family-owned. They made me feel like they cared. I say whatever works. LOL I???m not exaggerating when I say Coulter Infiniti in Mesa has restored my faith in dealerships. That is so big for me especially when we live in a world of so much dishonesty. So go buy a car from Coulter Infiniti in Mesa and they will treat you like a person that just spend their hard-earned money on a car. You have no idea what you have done for me. We took our 2014 Infiniti QX70 to a specialty Japanese Auto Repair shop to diagnose and repair a complicated power issue. After 3 weeks, 4 trips and 2 inaccurate diagnoses, and over $750 in bills for a car that still did not work, we were told that it would cost another $4600 to correct the problem (with $4000 of that money being in a single part cost). We brought the QX70 to Coulter Infiniti for a second opinion. Coulter had the problem diagnosed in just a few days, and quoted us less than half of what the other shop was asking. And that $4000 part? It was $1600 when you get it from Coulter. Needless to say, we will be bringing our Inifitis to Coulter from this point forward.
Greg has always been so easy to work with and always finds a way to fit me into his schedule. He goes over everything with me and I always have my car back within the time promised. Right as you pull up someone is there to help you. Always great service with Greg at Infiniti of Peoria!

Kris gave us 100% great customer service. He was professional and knowledgeable of the vehicles we were looking at and gave us a stress free experience, plus they have great deals. We were looking to buy one vehicle for me and ended up buying one for my husband as well. We love our new cars. Thank you Kris for making it so easy.
I looked up the vehicle online and called them to mention I would come since I was driving 45 minutes away. When we pulled up it was easy to find, kyle helped us find the vehicles we were looking at. After finding the vehicle that we saw online and took it for a test drive it was easy to choose. Dealing with Riley during financing made it an easy, smooth transaction. I would highly reccomend this place to anyone looking for a great car or truck.
I have not purchased a vehicle in 18 years and dreaded going to a dealership. My fears were soon set aside as I spoke with Bud Thomas, Sales Specialist at Bill Luke Tempe. Mr. Thomas's sales style is what I had hoped for in a salesperson...no pressure, truthful, and down to earth. He spent as much time as I needed to make my decision on the vehicle I was interested in. At no time did he display a desire to go do something else. Since I live 130 miles from the dealership, Mr Thomas delivered my vehicle to me. I have never had a transaction go as smooth as what I experienced with Bill Luke Tempe. If you are in the market for a new or used car, definitely seek out Bud Thomas. You wont be sorry!!!!
Loved Patrick he was wonderful. Narrowed down to what we wanted and the price extended was same dealer discount as one on line. Asked if we bought 2 cars (one used but still a total of 65 or so K) if better deal. Answer was no. Got finance offer of 9.8. Asked for better. Came back after running our credit w offer of 4.9.still Not great. We have excellent credit. Enter finance manager. Basically asked what he could do for us. Pretty clear we wanted better finance rate. Attitude of him was just brutal. Patronizing and rude. Unfortunately after 5 min of dealing w him we left the dealership w a sour taste and a disappointed daughter. Felt badly for Patrick as he was fantastic.
