I live in California and while visiting my daughter in Fort Worth my 2011 FX50s broke down needing a starter. I called the Infiniti dealership in Dallas which was close and they told me that they may not work on it because of its age. The best way I can describe this dealership from both sales and service is to say that it is the way customer service should be done.
